I just started waking up at 5am and so far I LOVE it. I'm more productive and by the time I go to bed, I'm tired and knock out. I get more consistent and better sleep.

I’m a mom of 2 school aged boys and a toddler, working full time in healthcare and in school to obtain my BSN in nursing….I wake up at 4ish am. It’s possible!
I am guilty of going to sleep late at night. I do wake up earl between 5 and 5:30;AM . I'm going to take your advice going to sleep earlier. My eating , I cut off at 6PM anything after that time it's some tea or water. Thank you for sharing those helpful tips.

As team 'there is just not enough time in the day' and mid day slump this was a much Needed video!!! I love your morning tip of paying attention to how much sleep you get. I found another one of your videos when I started my early morning journey where you talked about having different morning routines based off of your energy level (or something like that😂😅) and it was REVOLUTIONARY. why was I trying to wake up at 5am when I only slept 4hours!? Let alone go to the gym!?! Always appreciate your advice and love the Halloween look!

I used to wake up at 8am and now I am getting up at 5am. Every week I got up 15min erlier and that really helped. And I used the shift from summer time to winter time (Germany). And I even wake up at 5am on the weekends without an alarm.

Thanks for this! I go through phases of being an early morning girlie and then sleeping in til 9 there is no in between for me! How do you stay consistent through the year? I find when it’s like fall/winter I go into hibernation mode because I don’t want to be cold lol.
Ots normal to sleep A bit longer in fall winter even if weather conditions are not that wintery . But consistency in range of waking up hour seems a key element for a good wholesome nights rest. Also like she mentions, get the distractions away from your bedroom but also when waking up go " within 4 minutes I'm up and having a pee/ preparing breakfast/ Changing into workout clothes...."
Not wake up and lounge for like 7 to 18 minutes and lazy snooze away like on a phone/ with a book .... with a distraction... YOUR BED NEEDS TO STAY SOLELY A PLACE FOR REST not FOR distractions from screens watching movies .....
If you want to make a to do list get up get a pen sit
Maybe if its rather cold it will help you concentrate so I'd suggest focus on school work / study first >> you may find you ll be able to concentrate better ....
If you consider workout first thing be sure to , in winter , warm up your muscles!
It’s so normal to go through phases so don’t feel bad! 🤗I slept in most of the summer and loved it. I prefer to wake up earlier in the fall and winter. Improving my night routine & drinking more water (less caffeine & alcohol) has helped me stay consistent this season! 🤗

Hi new to the channel. Love it here btw, but I had a question. Do you do a face routine before the gym and repeat it after a workout. I’m on my way to being a 5am girly. And I need to workout. I’m just curious because I’m still adjusting to being an adult adult.
Great question! I use Cetaphil gentle cleanser (dry to normal skin) in the mornings before and after my workout! It's great and doesn't dry out my skin! I also use the Ponds (dry skin) moisturizer with an spf as well! 🤗
