8:00 where he is talking about the run, i am pretty sure his front wheels were off the ground when he was complaining that it was going left and he wasn't able to correct it with steering...
Ok starting around 7:23 and James' description of that half pass with the 1.15 60ft, Cleet says "does it need some anti-roll bar"? And I say yes and no...hear me out and tell me if you agree when you read this.. I think it needs some anti- roll taken out of the right side. To me I swear it looked like it carried the Right front wheel higher than the left. And the way the car was powering to the left when the big tune started really coming out James lifted, which he should have. I'm saying it's got too much torsion on the right and need to let off about a turn maybe turn and a half. I also had the impression that suspension is in a bind. Need to measure everything on 4 wheel stands in the shop. Then loosen it all up, measure an X from wheel hub to hub front to rear (it's complicated to do but not impossible. Using 4 wheel scales and lots of measuring, get the car square and equal as possible on the scales. Go back to the measurements as it is now and see where it was and what it needs to get back to there. If the chassis is in a bind like I think it is then those as is measurements are kinda useless other than to put into a log. I wanna see these guys do more chassis tuning. It's frustrating when every pass they just pull out the laptop and "change the tune" when what they really need to be doing is playing with 4 link stuff and anti-roll bar stuff and 4 corner weights and even pinion angle. For example I think they should leave mcflurry tune Exactly as is for now, then go work on the suspension as described, and see what they can do. Leave the laptops in the truck. Write down everything on a spiral notebook old school style, get down on the asphalt and dial that chassis. Once you master your car with a 4 link and how to tune it then you will spend much less time with the engine tune. Does anybody agree with me at all and why or why not? Edit : 12:09 I wrote this comment mid video. After doing family stuff I went back and finished the vid. Car broke the anti-roll bar mounts right off the cross bar. NOT a faulty weld, that thing was so tight and bound up he broke it clean off both sides. Like I said they should have unhooked the anti-roll bar and scaled the car and get the bind up, then creep back up on what the car needed. They had both sides too tight and never bothered to check pinion angle. As that big power started to come in the pinion wanted to climb the ring gear "power wheelie" style as the young folk say nowdays. That kind of force just snapped off the torsion bar mounts. I bet it had not enough pinion angle to start with due to too many turns on the anti-roll bar and once the pinion angle went past zero into negative something had to give. I keep saying Put the laptop away boys and learn your chassis tuning!

You guys need to reposition the oil filter, imagine that on a drag and drive event!😮
@gerekappo Another of those Oklahoma oil changes! Although that was James driving Ruby.
Love all the content, but have to say seeing Sam ripping that Supra down the track was frigging awesome...
Thanks so much for letting me be a part of this journey!!!
Still waiting to see the Blazer do
Some no prep
I was wondering why that went cold
I wonder if Ken passing threw a wrench into those plans
Yep. Development work. Now's the time while at the home track next door to the shop. You'll get 'er back together and even stronger in that part. Onward!
When McFlurry needs "More anti-roll bar" it aint talking about adjustment lol 😆
*_TYE, GET THE WELDER OUT_*
The driver analytics from Jackstand… you couldn’t pray for a better understanding of what needs to be altered and tweaked on a unit to make her run lol. That man is an absolute wealth of knowledge diagnostically
The man is a legitimate redneck data logger
Cleetus pushing limits and James pushing limits are 2 different beasts and the same animal 😂

Yes! we need more Mcflurry Content Faster. push this to its limit. im saying 5.99
With enough money any car can go fast but they don't make any parts to make Mcflurry that fast.
Love how James is always messing around and joking, but when they get into it he still proves to be the most expierenced and well knowledged drag racer on the crew
Who agrees? I think they should make an hour long video. Thank me later…
I love your work Cleetus. Let's go Sam!!
