I know I’m late but I played football at Hampton univ a hbcu from 92-96. I remember how bad prairie view was. We actually felt sorry for them. Great content!
Doing a HBCU Tour on my motorcycle (89 schools so far😁) Got all of Texas this past weekend. Was on my way to complete Louisiana but the storm (hurricane Ida) kicked me out. PVAM has a beautiful campus!
@@huntluu not yet! Hopefully Alabama and Georgia will get done this year. Up to 91 schools now. Did the West Coast trip last year got the one in California and Oklahoma. Great experience
@@huntluu I would say Lincoln University in Pennsylvania. They still have the Meetup spot were the abolitionist would meet in front of their campus. 2nd Oakwood in Alabama. Not so glamorous: Denmark in South Carolina.
@blackice3395 oh wow that's awesome, I may check some of those out then myself as I've only seen Alabama State from when we went on a visit a few years ago, like 2016.
Amazing work, the university should have been proud their people worked as hard as they did and never quit even though absolutely everything was against them.
Did you go to anymore? But I'm glad you were able to see that game it isn't too often to see a team score 92 points in a game and I believe PVAM had under 20 yards in the game. But thanks for watching
@@WrongedSports It was quite the spectacle. I was eight years old at the time. I recall PV didn't get a first down until second half. I cheered for them like they won something lol. I seen quite a few more PV games as I attended UAPB. Thanks for doing a video highlighting PV's situation at the time.
@@musiccityguy2314 thanks for watching and the nice words. UAPB also has an interesting story about their football and sports program which i slightly go over in part 1 and 2 but thanks again. Please subscribe and Tell a friend.
Just to add on to the analogy of all the coaches having other coaching duties with other sports. They also were required to teach classes in the Physical Education Dept.

Thank you for watching and sharing how you played them. It was very tough to find video of their games
I’m watching this 9 months after you and as far as I’m concerned your first hand knowledge adds to the experience of watching this video my friend.

Nice to see someone document the actual story. Thanks and good work.
Wow this is insanely well done. Great work.
Thank you so much. It took about a month or so but I am so happy with it and happy for the good comments about it.

My dad took me to the game Bama State beat PV 92 - 0. It was my first time going to a game.

He passed away a few years ago
@@micahreed6889 sorry about that I hope this video helped with telling their story

A&M doesn't mean military. It stands for agriculture and mechanical.
True but many of the Tech and AM schools have traditionally had lage ROTC programs like Texas Am and Va Tech.
I play ball at Southern so this was a fun watch😂😂
