thats because the area shown in the video is maintained by NDMC .further the area has lot of foreign embassies hence the cleanliness ,and the lack of street hawkers that one may usually observe in delhi
Most of Delhi is occupied by different govts and govt establishments and left over is given to the 95% population, thats why where ministers and vips live, all those places are green and clean.

Delhi has the highest green coverage of any major city in India and is amongst the top in the world. Plus Delhi government has a tree plantation drive that increases the green cover year after year.

This area is always like this. This is the cleanest and well developed and maintained part of Delhi.
Across Delhi Fountains and waters spraying to 1st floor level with temperature controlled systems should come up.
Helps cool surrounding air. More and more Roads should be widened across delhi.

The only problem of this area is 4 lane thin roads and that black yellow road boundary make it looks like street of Tier 2 city and a small park zone. International & grand feel is missing considering Capital of Such a massive country. We need to redevelop our capital from scratch new parl,Kartvya path & Bharat Mandapam are good start.

Mind-blowing greenery and cleanliness will not be seen once the event wraps up. People hardly have any civic sense; they throw garbage wherever they like and litter the roads. Delhi cannot be the capital because it doesn't set any example for the rest of the country on what a city should be like. Delhi is not limited to Lutyens or Chankayapuri, which anyway remain clean because the area is home to ministers, government offices, and various embassies. Check out the condition of MCD-managed East and West Delhi, which is appalling.
East and west delhi is not even under capital they come under UT of Delhi but capital is New delhi district, the context of video was in G20 preparation in Capital New delhi. East & west Delhi is a population mess beyond repairing.
Delhi literally has the largest population by region in this world, u really expect a developing nation to do any better than this ? Moreover the areas u mention are the same where all the low class ppl in search of employment come and settle and they bring their local ways to Delhi, from defecating in public to crimes and unhygienic way of living. The rich class is no better, its a fact that ppl in delhi are the most arrogant in India and they just love to break rules and laws and trouble others and while doing so they pollute the place even more.
To improve the condition of delhi, govt first needs to work on stopping inward migration to delhi, it will happen when all north Indian states start working better to not let their ppl be forced to migrate. similar situation with mumbai and other metros, they are just done.

Unfortunately ye bas airport to chanakyapuri and pragati Maidan wali area tak limited hoga. Chanakyapuri area has always been wide and green. Abhi bas ek touch up diya gaya hai. Already Delhi, particularly Chanakyapuri area was in fine shape. Why the rest of the places in the country, especially South India, be selected so that those be upgraded. In this way, at least, all parts of the country got developed. It is very unfortunate in our country.

Many many issues compared to developed countries (mainly comparing the United States as i had travelled and driven there extensively). Considering this is one of the most prestigious areas of Delhi
1. Broken and incomplete pavements at a few places. For eg., Infront of thwe Uttar Pradesh Bhavan
2. Lane demarcations suddenly vanish and appear. As if the transportation ministry and the government is not serious about lane demarcations and lane discipline in India. No matter how well we build highways, unless we have lane discipline, we'll always look like a third world country. To impose lane discipline, the Chinese literally seized all the two wheelers. There are several videos available about it on RUclips
3. China, like the United States, made all the lanes usable and driveable all around the country. But in India, even in this very prestigious area, the left lane is almost useless to use as a lane and if you notice carefully, no one in the left lane is able to keep lane discipline because of the poor design
4. Poorly designed exits and entries, lanes merge or emerge unscientifically.
5. Poorly designed exits and entries at the roundabouts, with demarcation suddenly disappearing in all roundabouts. Because of the poor design, scientific demarcation and lanes not possible in most of those roundabouts, unless a full over haul
