Hey man hope you're having a good day. I LOVE your strategy simple and SAHRP. I have a question about fasting, if I will go with the 16/8 should i calculate my sleep hours within the 16 hours of fasting meaning if I sleep 7 hours should i go like 16 time of fasting where (7 sleeping + 9 awake ) and 8 I am open to eat?
Allow me to ask you a question about the central topic of the video (there is no need to have a diet or meal plan to be thin or in good physical shape). At the beginning of the video you state that there is no need to count calories or have a diet to be thin or lean throughout the year. However, throughout the video you give examples of foods that have low calorie value. This seems like a clear contradiction. At one point you state that you do not need to have a diet or count calories to be lean, but you do not explain how to eat and lose weight without going hungry, while at the same time you compare foods with high nutritional value and low calories. So, how is someone going to lose fat and maintain or even build lean muscle without a meal plan, diet or counting calories? It makes no sense for you to state that you do not need to diet or count calories and then discuss how to calculate calories burned during the day, as you do at the end of the video. Futhermore, How can you guarantee that you will be in a calorie deficit if you don't control what you eat and take into account the caloric value of the foods. You still talk about a slight calorie deficit (which is an absolutely subjective judgment). An average person burns about 2,500 calories. If you stop eating 500 calories per day, that means 20% fewer calories. Is 20% little or slight? Based on what? You make claism like this is godo for your healthy yet present not proof or evedence of such claims!
Hey man, track your calories in an app (so you don't have to count them yourself) ofcourse I compare high calorie and low calorie foods, the difference must be understood. So my clients and myself are all year round without a diet or counting calories. If you want evidence or proof, I have many results on my instagram and the ones I show on RUclips. By the messaging it looks like you're frustrated, I've been there myself.. wish you best of luck
Yep, definitely good advice here. ^^ Nice to see a video where ppl get told simple advice as well instead of a lot of unnecessary advice.
Hey Guillaume, where do you get your butter from?
