Thank you Ctemple. I appreciate your comments on my Prince Edward Island Real Estate video and 576 Cable Head East. Although some of the comments are negative, that's OK. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and some of them are right, and I can learn from some of them. Better product coming down the road. I am just thrilled that the video received as much attention as it did. I am thankful for this. Cheers!
Thank you for your comments on my Prince Edward Island Real Estate video. It won't be too long before I will be older and looking at the "now" generation. We are all headed there sooner or later. All the best! :)
Cool Robert. It wouldn't be great work today either with the -27C windchill today! Imagine how cold it would be there today? Thanks for watching and have a great day!
Hi Michael, just wanted to let you know how much my girlfriend and myself have enjoyed watching all your videos, we spent a great deal of time the other night watching all of your detailed listings. We will be sure to use you as are agent to find our perfect oceanfront paradise when we move to the beautiful island!!! Soon hopefully!!!
Really smart idea for going towards the media and internet with the real estate business. I am not old enough, nor anywhere close to buying my own home, but i appreciate connecting with the "now" generation and getting a head start on your competitors. The editing is awesome, and i love how you knew that simple is best. keep it up!
Almost 100,000 views, and reduced by $3,000,000! This will be sold before the end of the year! Getting some international calls, and people coming from all over the world to view. New York marketing plan starting next week. Please share, like, comment, and introduce to friends looking for an amazing home in PEI.
Thanking for uploading your video! Here in Queens County Nova Scotia we cannot make our own people understand what we are trying to do as good people. This report cost our non-proft organize &40.000.000 dollars. The video speak for itself. We are just making people aware of situation we are facing as a ATV Club real insanity. Thanks from friends of QCATV
I moved to Souris PEI last summer and so far I love it! I can give you info if you want to move here. I was living in Montreal before and several other places on rent. I finally own my own little place in PEI!
I sincerely think it is worth the money, and is an excellent value. The cost to rebuild this house on this land would exceed the asking price in my opinion. However? What do you compare it to? There are not too many million dollar plus homes in PEI.
A very nice video of a beautiful home on PEI's north shore. I would like to point out another spelling error, which occurs twice, it's dining room, not dinning room. That being said, it didn't take away from the quality of the production.
Hey Michael, I thought it was great to get a peak at a home on the island even though it is well out of my reach! I've often dreamed of getting a place on the island that I could vacation in or even retire in some day. I will watch for more of your videos in the future to fuel my thoughts of a home there one day.
Thank you for the comment on my PEI Real Estate video, and glad you made it to the Island. We have been having some nice weather. Please make sure you subscribe to my channel for more. All the best!
Mr. Poczynek, I very much like both your marketing strategy and the way in which you compose each video to suit your intended market. Best of luck to you, sir. You deserve to make a fortune listing.
Dana: Thank you so much for your comments on my PEI Home for sale video. It is so appreciated. You have a wonderful day. This home will be sold, it's all a matter of time. All the best.
Thank you Dave. The main part of the video was done with a Nikon SLR D700 with a 11-22mm lens, and the intro and exit with a Canon XH-A1s with a wide angle lens adapter. Thanks for watching my Prince Edward Island real estate videos. Cheers!
I can certainly understand what you are saying, and I appreciate your comments and insight. In real estate, if you get 500 hits in 24 hours, it would be considered excellent. 7,000 in an hour, and 42,000 in a couple days in my opinion, in regards to real estate is going viral. In fact, if a real estate agent gets 500 hits total in 6 months it could be considered higher then average. That is why marketing is a big part of doing video - not just doing the video and putting it on RUclips.
Thank you! That's OK, the viewers seemed to love the comment. Very witty. I have a long way to go when it comes to video production, but after 400 videos, and 7 years I am getting there... anything but a fast learner. :) PS. There will be a new clean version with new titles... this one will remain online as well.
Just teasing about the bird feeder. Truly another outstanding video by you, sir. As always, a pleasure to view. Now at almost 26,000 views, it seems you are going viral; hope it's not for the wrong reasons. Unfortunately, posting an edited version with spelling corrections will start views from zero. Cheers!
This house is literally down the road from my grandparents house, and I just saw it a few days ago. As far as I know it's been on the market for a while and the area where it's beach is located sucks... It's really rocky and a lot of seaweed shows up in that area... Some people have too much money to throw away
I don't think there is such thing as a beach that sucks on PEI. Sure, some people prefer white (or red!) sand beaches, but rocky beaches have their own beauty. Also, the price of this house is very reasonable. Especially when you consider what a comparable house would sell for in many parts of Canada/US. Personally, I prefer small homes and wood heat, but I'm no millionaire.
Michelle Dawn Yeah, but rocky beaches aren't as accessible to get to the water, and around their property it smells really bad because of rotting vegetation like seaweed and dead jellyfish, all of which clump together on the rocks. The sandy parts are more enjoyable for swimming - and fortunately PEI is so quaint (and especially this part of the beach) that you can walk for kilometres and be okay, but some people get awkward because you don't want to walk through someone's beach area...I can't remember if my family technically owns a part of the beach (which is whatever, they don't really mind anyway) but some people do
Hi Ralph. No, never. LOL! It was created by an architect from PA, USA then sold to a client of mine in Texas, then to an Ontario business person. It is nice to see it being fully utilized now. Cheers! 😀
I thought so too... until it went viral as a result. New version may be released down the road. Regardless, thank you very much for your comments on my PEI Real Estate Video.
I am sure we can have stone or brick installed if you want the added expense. :) Brick and stone are practically non existent in PEI because we do not have any quarries or stone as a base to the island for the most part. Therefore, the product has the be shipped in. This exterior of this house is made up of an excellent component that is used on many high end homes. Thank you for your comments on my PEI Real Estate Video!
I need to tell you all whomever designed this home HIT a HOME RUN. This place is amazing... Beautiful home... very tight and cozy.... well laid out... and under $4M.... bargain
Thank you. I will pass this along. Please be sure to share with your friends, we need to find this home a new owner to enjoy it. Thank you for your comments.
Hi Michael, Just an observation for the future....at 3.53 minutes in the video laundry chute is spelled shoot. Nice video but the spelling mistake threw me off. Cheers, Geoff
Thank you Sarah! I really appreciate your comments on my PEI Real Estate Video. It is the nicest home for sale in PEI no doubt. The owner did a great job with this oceanfront home. Have a great day!
Sir, I've got a question for you. I'm moving to Alberta from AU, really want to know if I can buy a simple house ( somewhere near Edmonton 100 - 140 square meters, 3 bedrooms ) and with a garage for 2 cars, for 150K maximum? Is it possible, and if you have some offers, give me your contacts please, thank you.
i just searched MLS and looked all over P.E.I . I can't believe how cheap it is there! except this house obviously. Whats the catch? Whats it like living there?
Give me a call some morning to discuss 902-888-8860, and make sure you subscribe to my channel for more info on PEI. I moved to PEI from Ontario in 1997, and I would be happy to share my experiences in regards to Prince Edward Island culture, real estate, employment, business opportunities and more.
And... how much is it worth when it falls over the bluff? The shoreline is receding 6 feet each year, and it was insane to build the house where it is.
It is extremely unlikely that the erosion is 6 feet per year. There is not one location in PEI that offers that sort of erosion. You may have a large loss one year out of 20 or 50, but not 6 feet per year consistently. Respectfully. The PEI government keeps all these stats, and they are working on putting a 3D map, and erosion maps online.
This will be brought up with my editor -- not impressed. But it is amazing what a good eye the viewers have. Thanks for your comments. In the future I will spell check all out sourced work.
Thanks for checking out my PEI real estate video. Be sure to subscribe to the channel for instant updates... more to come when the snow in Prince Edward Island disappears.
Hi Michael, I'm looking to move to pei , can you give me some information on the island asto when and where you are season of UPEI are. I am from the Bahamas and use sunshine at 90 degrees. Need some advice as two of my kids will be attending the UPEI this fall
Thanks for the comments. We have everything in PEI from the $10,000 home to this one, lots to choose from. To each their own. And yes -- a new spell checked version will be coming soon. My oversight and lack of micro-managing the editor.. live and learn. Sorry. :)
I can understand that. There are in fact 4; one is hidden to the left of the main entrance. I will include a link to all the pictures in the description.
Even in video - you have to visit the home to appreciate it. Regardless, everyone has their own tastes, and I appreciate your comments. Have a wonderful day!
Actually, I think it is the typos that made the video go viral. Read the book Contagious by Jonah Berger. It's about what makes things go viral, and I think all the typos made it happen here. That is just too funny. I was going to take it down ASAP, but it was getting so many hits I didn't. Regardless, I appreciate your comments on my PEI Real Estate video, and there may in fact be a new version that is typo free. Have a great day!
I can think of only one..and I'm not even sure it reaches 1 million, up near East Point. I for one believe the house is worth 7 million, if not a bit more.
I shall purchase my lucky Powerball tickets for this weekends draw and buy this beautiful estate so I can move back home to my beloved P.E.I! I will become a beach bum, sit and watch the peaceful waters of the North side and plant lupins ....all day!! :O)
wow....what ever happened to the polite Island Folks?? people are being very picky and abrasive! smile people, you live on a beautiful Island....lighten up!!
To anyone thinking of buying in PEI and are not actually from there, please take my advice and DON'T DO IT!!!! Most people living there are not nice to people who are from "away". The house is not even close to being worth that price and if you decide to live there year round; the price to heat your home in Atlantic Canada is insane. You would most likely go broke. Plus, if you could afford this house, trust me when I say that you will not have much in common with the locals. Just the opinion of a girl from "away" who had to suffer living there for a few years.
PEI just like Toronto, New York, or LA is not for everyone. If we all liked the same thing, we would be all living in the same place. Having moved to Prince Edward Island from Burlington Ontario (outside Toronto) I could write a book about PEI life. The good, the bad, and the odd. All locations have their advantages and disadvanatges. Stephen Dunn
even reduced, to 3.9... there are finer homes for less in Alberta, (albeit not 13000 sq/ft) but if a person likes the area and likes the home.... Good luck
There are nice homes all over the world. It all depends on where you want to live. This is a really nice PEI location as it is on the ocean on several acres with complete privacy, and amazing views of the water. Thank you for your input on my Cable Head East home for sale. Cheers!
Good to see you on RUclips Albert. I am a big admirer. This home is still for sale, and the price is $6.95M at this point. Thanks for watching my video and leaving a comment. All the best.
michaelpoczynek give me 120 years, and I'm gonna buy it.) Michael, I asked you a question under this vid, hope you checking your g+ and you gonna answer me as soon as possible.
The first video that went semi-viral had a ton of spelling errors as a result of my video editor. I have since then bought him a new dictionary. New versions that are typo free have now been released, and the house has been sold.
Yes I am well aware of the spelling errors, and how serious people take their spelling. The spelling police have been all over this video. I appreciate your input. The video editor I used has since purchased a dictionary, and re-done the video. However, this video quickly had over 70,000 views over-night and I was not about to lose the viewer numbers. There is a new spell corrected version here: ruclips.net/video/tk5QR8l9E0I/видео.html. This video was marketed all over China. The Chinese seem to have some interest in purchasing PEI Real Estate especially in Charlottetown. Cheers!
michaelpoczynek Thanks, Michael for the update....lovely! Shame on that "editor" you hired. Good luck with this sale; and wish I had an extra $3m hanging around.
So beautiful.
Thank you.

I painted this home when new with Fine touch decor. Wasn't much fun priming all the windows in January.
Cool Robert. It wouldn't be great work today either with the -27C windchill today! Imagine how cold it would be there today? Thanks for watching and have a great day!

Beautiful and relaxing, the ideal summer vacation in Atlantic Canada.
Thank you for your comments on the most expensive home available in Prince Edward Island. Have a nice summer.
Thank you. I really appreciate your comments on my PEI video.
They are wonderful, and all making worth while comments. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. :)
You did a wonderful job! It looks great. Thanks for your comments.

Nope. Never heard of him. Looked him up, apparently he is an actor. Thank you for your comments on my Prince Edward Island Real Estate video. :)
Thank you Chris. Happy to help!
Love the fireplace and the flooring. And that View!

Yes, the owner did a wonderful job. Thanks for your comments.

Awesome! Glad to hear the good news.. Cheers.
Sounds like a great plan! The fall is beautiful in PEI.
Thank you Nish. Thankfully we are little too far north for that. :) Have a great day!
Sounds very interesting. I will have to check it out. Have a great weekend.
I sincerely think it is worth the money, and is an excellent value. The cost to rebuild this house on this land would exceed the asking price in my opinion. However? What do you compare it to? There are not too many million dollar plus homes in PEI.
Michael, yes, raising the price works.
Magnificent property really beautiful
+Todd Levernois Thank you. Share with all your friends.
Screw the negative comments this place is awesome...! Better win the lotto first before considering it eh?

It is a summer home that was custom built. The cost per year? Not sure what you mean? Are you referring to taxes etc.?
This house is literally down the road from my grandparents house, and I just saw it a few days ago. Thank you for taking the time to comment and watching my PEI Real Estate video. Have a great day!
Thank you for your comments. Good point. I didn't do the final editing, but I guess I should have. :) Thanks again.
Wow it's beautiful
It absolutely is. Thanks for your comments, and watching my PEI Real Estate video.
It just occurred to me who you remind me of...Paul Gross. Has anyone ever mentioned that to you? Lovely shot & edited video.
A client of mine that is an Architect. He designed the home as well.
MacLauchlin's house, eh?
Hi Ralph. No, never. LOL! It was created by an architect from PA, USA then sold to a client of mine in Texas, then to an Ontario business person. It is nice to see it being fully utilized now. Cheers! 😀
I have renamed the video, and changed the description. Thank you for pointing this out. Maybe both houses will sell now. :)
It's more for the challenge then the money. PEI is anything but an easy market. Been a long road. :) Thanks for you comments.
Hi Michael,
Just an observation for the future....at 3.53 minutes in the video
laundry chute is spelled shoot. Nice video but the spelling mistake threw me
off.
Cheers, Geoff
There was a new version released 24 hours later with the spelling errors corrected.
my brother and i put up the drywall in this house, i always wondered how it looked all finished
Beautiful home :)
Thank you Sarah! I really appreciate your comments on my PEI Real Estate Video. It is the nicest home for sale in PEI no doubt. The owner did a great job with this oceanfront home. Have a great day!
True. Not a great place for one person, unless you like a lot of space.. But great for entertaining.
All this effort, and no proof reader or professional copywriter? It matters, trust me.
200k is my limit

What exactly are you looking for? E-mail me please. I will setup a tool that will automatically e-mail you MLS listings.
Check out realtor.ca for listings in Edmonton. There is also an iPad and iPhone app.
michaelpoczynek thank you a lot, I texted you on email
I didn't notice any solar panels or a windmill, how is it heated?
+Tra Bus It is heated with electric (heat pump(s)), and propane. Lots of room for solar panels, geothermal, and wind mills.
i just searched MLS and looked all over P.E.I . I can't believe how cheap it is there! except this house obviously. Whats the catch? Whats it like living there?

No chance in the world it will fetch that price! Dreaming!
Dreams come true all the time, and somewhere out there in this wonderful world is a buyer for this fine property. Thank you for your comments.
SOLD!
One minor point regarding the video intro. House of your dreams is spelled incorrectly.
And... how much is it worth when it falls over the bluff?
The shoreline is receding 6 feet each year, and it was insane to build the house where it is.

right down the from home i always wanted to see what the house actually looks like

i seen a most expensive house then that .. its cost over $7mllion .. and wow it was nice then that
Hi Michael, I'm looking to move to pei , can you give me some information on the island asto when and where you are season of UPEI are. I am from the Bahamas and use sunshine at 90 degrees.
Need some advice as two of my kids will be attending the UPEI this fall
who was this house built for?
Who lived there before and how much does the housing cost a year
42,000 hits are not what I would consider "going viral" but e-mailing that it has to your customer base will.
Thanks for the comments. We have everything in PEI from the $10,000 home to this one, lots to choose from. To each their own. And yes -- a new spell checked version will be coming soon. My oversight and lack of micro-managing the editor.. live and learn. Sorry. :)
I bet Michal is making a fat million on this one .... and i hope he does!
They are video editors not copyrighters that was the problem, but it all worked out in the end, and won't happen again. Live and learn.
I can understand that. There are in fact 4; one is hidden to the left of the main entrance. I will include a link to all the pictures in the description.
Even in video - you have to visit the home to appreciate it. Regardless, everyone has their own tastes, and I appreciate your comments. Have a wonderful day!

wow....what ever happened to the polite Island Folks?? people are being very picky and abrasive! smile people, you live on a beautiful Island....lighten up!!
Yes, the editor needs a spell checker.. he has been informed.
Hey mike, the video says 4 car garage, I only count three.
If I find a buyer what will you give me.
Half of the gross commission which is 3% of the sale price (currently) or whatever you would like that is mutually agreeable to my vendor and I.
Laundry shoot?. Could it be chute?
Correct. That was corrected on the revised video. Video guy had a bad spelling day. Thanks for the heads up. Have a great day!
Well it was the most expensive for a bit, now I guess we have to raise the price. :)
love the house but afraid of Tsunami ....lol
This is the house that Chef Michael Smith used for Chef at Home. I recognize the pantry
No. But he lives not too far away. you can see him shopping in Charlottetown all the time.

There are nice homes all over the world. It all depends on where you want to live. This is a really nice PEI location as it is on the ocean on several acres with complete privacy, and amazing views of the water. Thank you for your input on my Cable Head East home for sale. Cheers!
I think this property was around 7 million,i wonder if it ever sold?
Good to see you on RUclips Albert. I am a big admirer. This home is still for sale, and the price is $6.95M at this point. Thanks for watching my video and leaving a comment. All the best.
Just reduced to $4.95M.
michaelpoczynek give me 120 years, and I'm gonna buy it.)
Michael, I asked you a question under this vid, hope you checking your g+ and you gonna answer me as soon as possible.
Was "peak" intended to be a pun? if so. it's a good one!
The first video that went semi-viral had a ton of spelling errors as a result of my video editor. I have since then bought him a new dictionary. New versions that are typo free have now been released, and the house has been sold.
What's a "dinning" room? "Dining" room perhaps! Really! You're selling a $3million home and you can't pay someone to edit your ad!
That can be arranged.
Lets put it in writing. :)
What price would YOU put on it then lol?
$7 million? And the hummingbird feeder at 1:13 is plastic? Should be brass & crystal. Regardless, I'll take it.
I didn't see anything that would make this worth $7 million! May be if the bird feeder was 24 carat gold!
