I know it doesn’t have to be so rigid but according to Ayurveda fruit and yogurt is not a good food combination and does opposite to assist with digestion. These recipes absolutely look delicious!
Yea ... Fruits 100%sweet post digestion I've read are ok ... Like raisins, dates, coconut, Cooked sweet apple, sweet figs etc.. not citrus, any hint of acidic, mango, melon, banana even if it's sweet. Will curdle the milk upon digestion.🙏💓🙌

This is because loosing collagen in the tissue (if you have a lot ot strechmarks it shows). Eat 2-3 times a week jelly or bone soup .you could make a blood test for low copper too to make sure your body is produsing collagen fibers end put them on place. Use yoni egg to excercise the muscles from the inside 🙂 good luck!
Kegel exercises. Squeeze and release the pelvic floor muscles multiple times a day.
