Yea definitely having a pay only stat increase is not ok. Those damage number increases are literally a whole page. Especially silver emblems you barely get that much attack increase if you balance between hp and attack/ sp attack. Plus the fact that you do not lower any other stat i.e defense, Crit %, movement speed ect. This is a substantial stat increase that throughout a match can make an impact like you said.
Spragels got messaged by the pokémon peeps and they said that it won't have these stats, it's just a cosmetic item to make your holowears extra dripped up lol, thank god, still, *gotta pay for sparkles bruh*

Alternative idea: scrap the boosts and make it an item to buy for idk like 200-300 gems witch is like the lenses u got in the battle pases u use it up to unlock the shiny color for 1 pokemon of u choice.

So, they essentially gave players with costumes an extra boost that’s worth about 5 extra boost emblems with none of the drawbacks, and it’s too minuscule of a percent difference that people aren’t going to be buying the 40 dollar costumes anyway? Seems like a lose-lose honestly
@@AayuRk28 I'm guessing you use it pre battle. Like out of your item box and then apply it to a pokemon and it lasts a few games. It's all just leaks so it might not even be a real thing
Imagine if a PALWORLD equivalent for Pokemon Unite came out right now... This series in general needs the competition, so we can be on the up and up more than the down and down.
From how I read it, you only get one of the 3 Buffs - depending on your Pokemon So for example: Defenders get only the HP buff … Damage Dealers only there type of Damage
These are good ideas; only put them in the casual gamemodes and you are set. Just untoggle stats in ranked and allow for stat toggles in custom games and you’re set. You would keept he balance of ranked but have pay to win relegated to the casual modes, the pve modes, the quick battles, just those. That would be a good implementation because it would give incentives to people to play those modes. Let the serious gamers play ranked and guve the funny haha p2w stat boosts to the casual audience instead.

Just give the shiny skin as a reward for doing 2000+ battles with the Pokemon, there are Soo many better ways to introduce shiny skins

Good new is it's nullified for tournaments so that would mean ranks would count so we're fine
