Just bought one of these, and its worth noting that the G703 is very comparable, and is somewhat better for right hand grip as its a right handed mouse. If find more stress on my hand over time with the G Pro vs. my previous mouse, a G403 which is pretty much the same shape a G703. That being said, the G Pro is a bit more precise since you have to do more finger control and less palm.

Yeah, basically g pro wireless = ambidextrous for all types of grips. G703 is ergonomic grip mainly for palm grippers and natural grip style.
