This manager will not do well. Never understood why we got rid of Nuno. The problem is not the players or the manager. It's the owners. They do not care apart from the financials. We should not be in this position and gambling with an unknown manager. I love Porto and live in Portugal so love the connection and know the passion this country has for football but we should not be where we are now. We need to drain the swamp. Up the wolves.
Hi guys love your reports and debates, l have been a wolves fan and supporter, and in the past a season ticket holder in the Richard’s Doughan years bully and Mutch years for longer than both of you have been alive. We are wolves remember Chorley town all them years ago!!! It’s only a game unless you are a top six team the highlights In football are brief and we will always be around, it’s just a game what ever Division you are in it’s only a game?? As you get older you realise it’s just football, shame money has spoilt it .!!!!! Merry Christmas lads. 👍🍻
It's not just this season it's been awful it was also the latter end of last season which should have been taken into account. A new contract was absolutely ridiculous just didn't make sense he had a contract 🤷 we are now exactly where we were two years ago. I just hope we can do what we did last time and survive after appointing a new manager/Coach. Time will tell it's a tough call.
Ever since we have have been back in the Prem since 2018 we have never been as bad as this position, this is by far the worst state we have been in since we have been back at the top.
I just have to say, picking up on the point about the self sustainable way Fosun is running the club: It is NOT sustainable! Being self sustainable would be the dream of any football club, as long as there is a reasonable margin. Man Utd owners have made money on their club for years, as they avtually are self sustainable by a long mile. Not putting money into a club, watching it fall down the table (we managed to get 7th 2 seasons in a row, with a growing number of points FFS) and then getting relegated and losing a massive part of the revenue stream that is the Premier League. It is not sustainable and should not be recognised as such.
V.P. is the best option! Solid coach and very underated! Needs 2/3 new players tho! 100% trust on him! With patience from supporters he will revive wolves! You can take it to the bet bank!
Neither Pep or Klopp could get them out of this mess if Fosun insist on this sustainability rubbish. Lopetuigi walked because of it and 5 other managers including the most successful manager in Italian football, have told Chi the same. No manager can operate this way, and it should be Chi who went first.
We'd get shafted by VAR and referee decisions regularly under Nuno and there was never these kind of public outbursts. Discipline has completely left the group, it's a disgrace.
Jeff Shi and Hobbs are in the process of destroying this great club. They had better get this next appointment right or I predict they should both be out of work at the end of the season.
Yeh and what will happen ?, he will bring in good players who will do well, then the club will sell them, which is what has been going on since we came up.
Not sure I agree with the general view that GON had a 'good period'. I think the players are better than their current position and were back when he took over. I think the team played to their own ability and set up from previous incumbent (JL). But the more GON had influence over the team the worse it got. I don't think we'll ever see him the premiership again...
I totally agree he was just a cheap experiment that may prove to be very costly, there was no outrage from the Bournemouth fans when he was sacked didn't he do the same thing go on a winning run get clear of relegation and start to loose matches
Turning to Mendes for salvation is yet again proof positive that Fosun are completely clueless regarding football matters. Gary walks away with a settlement as he only signed a four year deal last August. Now we will be paying a large sum to bring in another Mendes client who has no experience of the Premier League. And we need a few experienced players in the January transfer window - all we will get are cast offs not required by other clubs. It’s a complete mess and I see no respite from relegation this season.
Look at the players the club have sold over the past 5 or 6 years, that is not down to the manager, and where has all that money gone ?, again not down to the manager, if you sell your best players you are only going to go one way.
Enough of the poor Gary.... He wasn't let down there's plenty of talent in the squad... He's not getting enough out of them... 3 wins in 27 I think 🤔... Any decent manager would do better
should have gone after Brentford, 4 straight defeats, 1pt from 9! Pereira won't last past July if he's appointed. All down to Matt Hobbs in transfer window, no 18yo wonderkids please, PL experienced CB or 2 plus swapping out anyone who's not up for it. We can stay up on last years form mid-season (Nov-March) COYW
Don't like fosun.its like the Bhatti brothers over again.they hide in the shadows.dont speak to the fans or come on the radio or television.they don't give a monkeys about our club. When jota was sold that to me was our downfall.Nuno was sacked.all the wolves fans would welcome him back with open arms.forest gain our loss.☹️
Obviously a guy who has been around the houses, and by the sound of things, his best days are over. Not impressed. We don't need a manager - we need a miracle.
You seem to love Gary you pair ,he’s not had a good period what did he really do last season ,he was not up to the job full stop ,but I said before not all is fault shi and fosun as much to blame ,there just as bad ,
@@es1016 - more Zenga because of the amount of clubs he's managed. Solbakken actually did really well after he left us. Champions League, international manager currently.
Hello how do you make such monthly ?? I'm a born Christian ✝️and sometimes I feel so down of myself because of low finance but I still believe in God.❤️
Just be open-minded, and trust the process. Elizabeth Marie Hawley will guide you every step of the way. And don't forget to share your testimony with others when you see the results!
To little to late in my opinion. Palace winning today now leaves us 5 points adrift of safety with some very difficult fixtures coming up. A win next weekend is an absolute must to keep our hopes of staying up alive.
Liam, as usual, over stresses the lack of investment issue. (1860 Munich, fellah, not 1806) Kilman was a senior player, but there were plenty who thought him over-rated and he's not convinced everybody at West Ham. We got good money for him. Similarly Neto, for a player prone to injury and patchy in performance, however devastating when on top form, Chelsea paid over the top for him. If only we'd kept Kilman and Neto everything would be tickety-boo? Give me a break. We need to sell players when a bid comes in that we think is greater than the players current worth to the club. We've bought in good players, granted, not superb tested experienced players (who does Liam expect us to be buying? So amusing how everyone thinks that buying top class players is as straightforward as opening a wallet), but good ones: Cunha, Ait-Nouri, Joao Gomes, Andre, Strand-Larsen, Mosquera etc, and investments for the future: Rodrigo Gomes, Gonzalez, Lima, Meupiyou, Forbs etc, that mean the squad have the potential to be a midtable Premier side. How have Fosun not invested? Relegation is NOT an inevitability of Fosun's recent prudent self-sustaining model restrictions - don't forget we have to meet FFP rules too. Staying in the Premier League if you're not a Top Six six regularly competing in Europe and earning from overseas fame is a tough call. Always picking out whoever seems to be currently prospering and saying why can't we be like them is dumb. Over the past 10 years Wolves are the 14th most successful club in the English league: 1 Manchester City 1 1 1 1 2 1 1 3 4 2 2 Liverpool 3 5 2 3 1 2 4 4 8 6 3 Arsenal 2 2 5 8 8 5 6 5 2 3 4 Manchester United 8 3 6 2 3 6 2 6 5 4 5 Tottenham Hotspur 5 8 4 7 6 4 3 2 3 5 6 Chelsea 6 12 3 4 4 3 5 1 10 1 7 West Ham United 9 14 7 6 16 10 13 11 7 12 8 Newcastle United 7 4 11 12 13 13 10 21 18 15 9 Leicester City 21 18 8 5 5 9 9 12 1 14 10 Crystal Palace 10 11 12 14 14 12 11 14 15 10 11 Everton 15 17 16 10 12 8 8 7 11 11 12 Brighton & Hove Albion 11 6 9 16 15 17 15 22 23 40 13 Aston Villa 4 7 14 11 17 25 24 33 20 17 14 Wolverhampton Wanderers 14 13 10 13 7 7 21 35 34 27 My spreadsheet figures are unformatted from their Excel cells here (obviously) but they allocate points for final league positions in the EPL and for the Championship (+20) then weight for each season going into the past (x2, x1.9, x1.8 and so on) and then order by lowest points gained. Thank god but should have been sacked after Brentford! Wasted so many games for what?
Because Jeff was trying to save face? Can't find any other logical reason.
GON is only part of the problem; still have Fosun who appear to be selling the club and Shi who is incompetent. We will be relegated

Sacked him 6 weeks to late. Will no doubt be a cheap replacement. Another poor summer cost us again .
We'd get shafted by VAR and referee decisions regularly under Nuno and there was never these kind of public outbursts. Discipline has completely left the group, it's a disgrace.
Thank God he has gone I would have sacked him after Coventry
Me too mate.

let's pray it can be turned around , but we haven't got much time before it's too late
The only chance that we really have of any kind of success is if Fosun sell up and get out of our club. SIMPLE !
Don’t forget 3 pens in one game and 3/4 own goals all add up to lack of discipline
Its way to late

FA and var have put us in this position
Cant believe these two supported Gary so long, he should have been sacked October 1st.
Look at the players the club have sold over the past 5 or 6 years, that is not down to the manager, and where has all that money gone ?, again not down to the manager, if you sell your best players you are only going to go one way.
Glad he’s gone should’ve been sacked after the cup game last season against Coventry, the new gaffer will be whoever is the cheapest
Enough of the poor Gary.... He wasn't let down there's plenty of talent in the squad... He's not getting enough out of them... 3 wins in 27 I think 🤔... Any decent manager would do better
Indeed. But Mrs O'Neil still has that kompromat on Liam so you need to go soft on him for a while.
Now let’s get rid of Jeff!
Not sure we were the better team against Ipswich tbh. Apart from a 15 minute second half spell they were comfortable.
If I was the new manager 🌞
We need a clear out of the squad most definitely I say 🌞

Vitor Pereira almost sounds like Nuno
# Shi & Fosun Out #
VP is not what these players need. Zenga mkll. Appoint this "has been" and relegation will be guaranteed.

This guy or ole and were relegated 100%
You keep saying they have quality but where is it. ? it’s points that make prizes, and they need to be prized out of the relegation persistions ?
New manager is either gunna be another nuno or solbakken no inbetween😂 we need moyes in
Sign a manager from 🇬🇷 🌞 or France 🇫🇷 🌞 most definitely
Sacked him to late.
He slagged the players off in his last interview
And not for the first time. He's been doing it subtly and not-so subtly since he arrived at Wolves.
A little to late guys. He shouldn’t have started the season
Where is your Ipswich report?
We played Ipswich. We lost. Report completed. 😢😅
So just when we need premier league survival we bring in a guy thats never managed in the prem
Walter Zenga vibes about that new manager.
Solbakken

GLORY!!!I'm favoured, $255k every 3weeks! I can now afford anything and also support God's work and the church.
Wow, congratulations on your financial breakthrough! Can you share more about the investment that's generating $255k every 3 weeks?
