- 1090 Jake returned to VladTV, where he and Vlad discussed the Tupac case that recently saw an arrest more than 20 years after the rapper's murder. Jake criticized the current generation for not fully understanding the case, saying many people are just lazy and don’t read. He went on to praise Vlad for his detailed interview work and research on his platform. Jake addressed allegations of him snitching on an inmate before offering his thoughts on the Travis Rudolph case. We got the same access that he has. You jus have to call the court and pay the fees for the paperwork. It’s all public information once they’re done prosecuting you.

I think getting charged as an accessory to the crime just for sitting in the same car is bullshit. As a younger guy, I used to think as long as I wasn’t doing dirt, I was cool. I could’ve gotten serious time back in the day and not even realized I was breaking the law.
Yup. I got charged with attempted murder for this bs! I took it to trial for a year and a half and sat in the country jail for almost 6 month and ended up beating the case. My boy got 40 to 80 yrs. We stuck it out but I did try to talk him into taking a plea that would have gotten him 10 yrs because they had snitches that were co defendant (his babymomma)and just our own friend who wasn't even there saying we were talking about it afterwards. So he was convinced his lawyer would get him off. Nope. He got found guilty with a bench trial and me and his babymomma (co defendant) who testified got found not guilty! That was over 25 yrs ago! Don't get in that car if u know it's goin down even if u don't plan on doin anything. It happened to me twice. Besides what I just mentioned when I was 14 I got into another car and the driver did a shooting and I got into trouble alone because I was in the back seat and they thru the gun in the back and I tried to hide it after he shot up a gang meeting at a park! We were all under age! Nothing happened to them and I spent some time in the youth home and got probation afterwards.
If you get in a car knowing a crime is going to happen then fuck yeah you ARE an accessory. Makes perfect sense to me

Most states have no regulations on keeping "Long Guns", which is rifles, & shotguns in your home &/or property...*
*I am all for, EVERY STATE in The USA & shit even around the WORLD, having constitutional carry, like Florida, Texas & other states have in the USA. If you look at it from a statistical point of view, the States that have very lenient Firearm Laws & Regulations, actually have LESS CRIME than other states that have extremely strict Laws & Regulations on Firearms, like Baltimore, New York & New Jersey.... When everyone has a gun & everyone knows it, there are less people willing to commit a crime or even a Mass Shooting if they know that everyone around them most likely has a firearm on them... Luckily Maryland just passed a firearm law, which allows you the freedom to legally open-carry a Rifle & Shotgun, out in the public as long as it's not a Federal building or place of business that prohibits the carrying of firearms while on their property. That's why anywhere the gun laws are more lenient, like down South, there's signs on everyone's business, like Gas Stations, saying the carrying of firearms on this property is prohibited.*
*I always try to comment & let people know the fact that if you are a convicted Felon or have something that prevents you from owning, carrying & being around firearms then you need to check out the "1865 Navy Colt Revolvers Kits that you can get shipped right to your door, LEGALLY. These revolvers are NOT considered firearms because they are "Blackpowder"... These revolvers are 5-6 shots that can shoot 50 Caliber Balls that can put a grape size hole in someone or get a conversion kit that makes these revolvers shoot regular ammunition like ".45 Long Colt", LEGALLY. The conversion too regular ammunition basically turns it into a regular 5 or 6 shot revolver, similar too modern revolvers because trying to reload the Blackpowder version of these pistols takes forever, even if you are good at it. However, if they share new information or contradict what they've previously stated under the proffer agreement, it could potentially be used against them.
