I was convicted of 2 aggravated burglary and aggravated burglary (in this state) just means it was a house and someone could have been home and it caused emotional damage to the occupants
@@russellthomas6098 from what I understand (and it has to differ from state to state) is that you can have burglary of an occupied or unoccupied dwelling, however home invasion and robbery is when they’re home and know you’re in their home. The home invasion usually comes in when you’ve taken the occupants hostage/assaulted them physically. I don’t mean to get caught in the weeds and try and argue over what is or isn’t true but I think you’re right it must be different state to state.

I’m from tampa fl town and country area born and raised. And from 2004 to 2007 the bloods were everywhere fr. Saw 2 dudes killed by bloods on my way home from work while in high school with my mom driving in 2006. And majority of the bloods I knew from school and the streets were mainly white and Hispanic.
