Scaling wise absolutely he would but people have to look into the scaling for Arkham Batman now and see how much more of a threat he becomes in SSKTJL. Since some people think he’s only bullet level because of the shot from Harley, not knowing that was an Amped Up bullet.

Honestly, I think the two villains who would give black noir, any real trouble would be scarecrow and poison ivy. Both of their abilities revolve the mind, and not to insult black noir, but he isn’t exactly the most mentally strong person. He doesn’t know how to deal with his trauma and is constantly told what to do by imaginary cartoon animals. Honestly the toxins he’s exposed to could lead those imaginary friends to tell black noir “you should give into your fears. You’re worthless.” or “you should listen to Ivy. Ivy loves you. You’ll do anything for Ivy, won’t you?”

Idea could Winnie-the-pooh, Piglet, Owl, and Tiger from blood and honey 2 survive arkham asylum.
Plot : After the movie when Owl finished healing Pooh, Piglet, and Tiger they are all captured and detained by a special forces unit, and sent to arkham because they were too dangerous to keep in ashdown. A few weeks later and a couple deaths caused by the crossbreeds, the doctor's get the idea to have blood samples to better understand their condition and how deal with them. One of them being doctor's being dr. Young would notice the spliced genetics and healing factor, eventually leading her to request using the four for the TITAN program then use them for her work. On the night the Joker takes over the asylum Winnie and his friends are let loose and exact vengeance on the staff, guards, and any inmate unlucky enough to be in their way. When they try to leave Joker announces on the speakers that no is leaving the asylum alive making escape impossible. Enraged further by Pooh, Piglet, Owl, and Tiger work as a team to kill dr. Young and Joker, destroy the TITAN, and kill everyone in the asylum.

Noir probably won’t be able to beat Batman himself he is threat that Batman has face a bunch before maybe in his asylum era it’s close but by AK no
I think he could beat bane with high diff with him after beat down surviving a building falling on him and a car to the dome and still living
Poison ivy isnt going to die straight away even if noir goes for the kill because she isn’t stupid and is probably durable enough to take the attacks
Now with killer croc noir is too fast for him but not strong enough if he is caught
Now through out the asylum he will be facing titian hechman and is probably not smart enough to stop joker sending Titian out of the asylum and all that and he would be very tired with all the problems through at the asylum. So at some point I can see him just losing
With croc he might just be too worn out to get away or not enough knifes to stop him

Comic Casual can you do please video about Could Avengers survive Arkham Origins. Taken Avengers from Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes series 2010 year. Heroes Characters taken from season 1 and fight against 8 assassins be like that: Iron Man vs Firefly, Thor vs Electrocutioner, Captain America vs Deathstroke, Hulk vs Bane, Ant-Man vs Killer Croc, Black Panther vs Copperhead, Hawkeye vs Deadshot and Wasp vs Shiva. what about Black Noir in Arkham Asylum is great idea but i want see could Avengers from Avengers EMH animated series 2010 year defeat 8 assassins in Arkham Origins.
I doubt Black Noir can survive the Injustice Universe, but knowing him, he would most likely side with Lord Superman for obvious reasons everyone probably knows.
Let’s be real, the only reason Vought would care about the asylum breakout is because 1. It would be great press to show one of their heroes saving the lives of the police officers and guards within the prison. 2. More importantly, they would want to make sure the Titan formula does not get out, since that could potentially rival their compound V if perfected

dude would solo Deathstroke, Bane on Venom and Killer Croc all at the same time (especially Comic Noir)
Bane maybe. He after being beaten took a building falling on him then a car to the dome
Deathstroke ehhh in AK Batman exploited his 1 flaw and it has been stated that if his guard wasn’t done he would of put up a good fight
Killer croc could 1 shot asylum Batman while not in AK and nor could he do it to black noir. But if he is caught then he is being thrown under and killed without much trouble from kill croc’s POV in Arkham asylum
but SSKTJL Batman still considers him a threat by that point and he has to much much more power by then (and deathstroke is considered as Arkham’s top)

Deathstroke is too agile and croc is too durable
The thing is Batman would beat the crap of black noir about the same he does his own villains
