I work with the disabled and am sickening by the impact this has had on all of them!! Breaks my heart every day!! As a single mom I'm really struggling myself too. Everyone at work quit and got better paying jobs but for ppl like me the state doesn't pay our positions more as it's insurance based. Idk how im going to survive the next 3 years. Omg I need help

It's very scary. Not fixed income here but have always lived austere with beets potatoes barley. The prices of these now has gone so far up that i pay 4 times what i did 2 years ago. It was never this bad even in 08

When I first started watching politics a few years back, I thought the Democrats were the 'defenders' of the small folks. As it turns out, they are the ones inflicting the damage. With every day I live, I understand more and more that the Republican party usually cares more for equality and freedome than the "liberals".
God, I was even a socialist for years until I realised that my basic beliefs absolutely aligned with conservative ones. When I was younger I was thought in school and by society that right-wingers/ conservatives were fascists in disguise. How wrong they were.
