Actually even below 0 degrees kelvin. I don't know quite the specifics but heat needs time to go from one body to another but the speed in which Mr. freeze freezes the environment or his enemies is so fast that it is literally impossible by real life physics to achieve the temperature needed to compensate the lack of time.

Technically talking, a neuralizer would work a lot like the alzheimer disease, just blocking certain neuronal connections but not all the neuronal connections, so a de-neuralizer simply would unblock those neuronal pathways making the memories available again

he walked on his knuckles since he was a baby. Bones are much softer in the early years and after time the bones of his hand and arms would adjust to the added strain and shift/move/adjust the bones in his hands to make them tailored for that type of movement. Various martial arts require you to harden your hands through various methods. When a bone breaks(or rather the small cavities in the bone itself break) they fuse together again and make the whole system stronger.

Kyle, as a less flashy (pun intended) alternative of a real life neuroscience device that could inspire a neuralizer, look at Trasncranial Magnetic Stimulation. Basically, it is a device that uses focused magnetic fields to affect a specific part of the brain, without the need of direct contact (although right now it needs to be just above the skull). It is used mainly for medical treatments and some degree of research and does not seem to cause any permanent changes (although some effects can linger in time for a while), so it is not unfeasible that with some tweaks and the help of a bit of alien tech it could be used as a basis for a memory wiping device.

Theoretically, our eyes are already susceptible to a certain frequency of EM energy that could disrupt our neurons in such a way that the left frontal lobe memory neurons (short term memory) as well as long term memory neurons (time might be dialed up/down by raising/lowering light intensity) may be confused and don't flow where they're supposed to and they memories are forgotten.

Humans can be controlled with sound to pretty creepy extents, I don't see how light should be different.

Is this the same idea that The Silence uses in Doctor Who, that you only know about them when you see them, but immediately forget them when you’re not looking at them?

I bet Jess had that ability to neuralize people in the office. Actually that would make for a great skit.

Kyle, your explanation assumes that the light is the mechanism for the memory erasure. What if it's a side effect, and the actual mechanism is actually a closely focused, directed EMP burst that affects the regions of the brain that encode short-term memory and "reset" them (kinda like a circuit breaker)? Would that work, and if so, how?

I thought it was to do with two things, the frequency of the light and the pulse rate of the light. The resultant electrical cascade acts like a mild form of ECT.

You know how when you turn your head your vision blurs, and the less known fact when you turn your head quickly you forget what you see when you're your vision is blurred from turning your head quickly.
well maybe you could trick your eyes to forget more than just the last instant when your vision was blurred. IDK but at least sounds like it makes sense.

One I would love to see Kyle do: Could a kilometers-deep, planet-wide city (like Coruscant in the _Star Wars_ movies) actually exist? I'm guessing probably not, but I would love to see the science on it. :-)

Alternate theory: it is futuristic/alien technology that uses some sort of unknown energy wavelength that is similar to light, and appears as such to humans.

What is the physiology of transformers. I recently watched Age Of Extinction and am confused how they can die ( not using weapons )? Like will certain objects crush them or if they jump from a skyscraper without using the side of the building as a break would they snap on contact?
