I really enjoyed this video Cynthia! It beautifully shows how mindful art can work with limited materials. From my own experience, using fewer materials feels like anchoring myself in the moment, much like focusing on the breath in mindfulness. It helps me stay intentional and deeply connected to the process. On the other hand, when I let myself use materials more freely, it becomes a sensory experience, opening up to all possibilities with curiosity and acceptance. Both approaches help me stay mindful, but in different ways. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful practice! ❤🙏🌸
