You might well ask… my uncle had a vacation home in Hudson in the mid 90s and we would often come and stay there. My parents decided to move to the US after my younger brother went to college but decided on Spring Hill I moved out a few years later and wanted to move to Westchase but the market was so hot I couldn’t get a place Bought in Brooksville and then the market tanked so was locked into that home for many many more years 🤦🏻♂️
I'm curious about the VA 100%P&T property tax exemption in this area no mater what they call each tax, if it's categorized as property tax, is it full except once approved?
