So yes things have changed, United has given Ten Hag the most support, never questioned his signings, even if they were baffling ones, and allowed the board to be duped to believe FA Cup glory can pepper over poor league performances, results and no champions league football.

I’ve been a United fan since the 1976 FA Cup when we were ripped off. I’ve supported them through the good and bad years and accept that’s just who United are. The Glazers are partly responsible for the mess but at some point you have to draw a line in the sand. That line should have been drawn with Mason Greenwood. We made Mason and we should have stood together with him . Regardless of what did or didn’t happen we should have stuck by him and took responsibility. We then did the same to Jadon and we will do the same to Marcus. The players won’t fight for the club because we don’t fight for them. I would have preferred Poch but I got on board with ETH. We now have to stick together and put up with whatever happens until the culture is fixed.

The Sad thing about the Erik situation is that he has no excuse to fall back on:
1) He has his full team
2) He has the leverage to bench bruno and rashford now compared to previous managers
3) He had the leeway to sign players he worked with more than the previous United managers

David Moyes tried to suss out the club and didn’t spend much, that didn’t work, Louis Van Gaal managed to attract good players but just couldn’t get the results, Jose had the best results but wasn’t backed in his second and especially third year prior to his sacking at a time when City was almost doubling United transfer spend, Ole played the most exciting brand of football but lost his magic towards the end of his run.
So yes things have changed, United has given Ten Hag the most support, never questioned his signings, even if they were baffling ones, and allowed the board to be duped to believe FA Cup glory can pepper over poor league performances, results and no champions league football.
The whole culture at united is pathetic. I loved going in the 1990s when the players were hard working lads with a desire to win. Now its a squad of entitled boys who have no graft in them, just collecting too much money every week.

I just don't see why the senior players with the right attitude don't just start calling out specific slackers in the dressing room. I’ve been a United fan since the 1976 FA Cup when we were ripped off. I’ve supported them through the good and bad years and accept that’s just who United are. The Glazers are partly responsible for the mess but at some point you have to draw a line in the sand. That line should have been drawn with Mason Greenwood. We made Mason and we should have stood together with him . Regardless of what did or didn’t happen we should have stuck by him and took responsibility. We then did the same to Jadon and we will do the same to Marcus. The players won’t fight for the club because we don’t fight for them. I would have preferred Poch but I got on board with ETH. We now have to stick together and put up with whatever happens until the culture is fixed.
