Here we see Whitty in a much more controlled version of his Ballistic form. This only happens when he's under too much stress and has the will to fight into the mix. It's pretty badass when you can gaze into the abyss and make it *doubt.* In the first song, Whitty just wanted to be left be. In the second, he was fighting to survive. Here? He near-instantly puts the corrupted Boyfriend on the back foot. That last duet barrage took Boyfriend to a _SLIVER_ before Whitty finally went nuclear.

This is another prime example of how antagonists are different from villains. I'm making a link to Undertale, since I don't have much other evidence from video games here, so be warned. In most people's minds, we think of antagonists as the villains, and while that in most cases that is true, the actual definition of an antagonist is a person who goes against the protagonist. For example, you wouldn't call Undyne the Undying a villain because she actively goes against your genocidal path, which makes you the villain in Undertale. You kill a whole society, becoming a monster worse than the ones in Undertale. Undyne's act of self-sacrifice and defiance of death itself just to save humans and monsters alike makes her a hero. Here, Whitty makes one last stand against the Corruption, using a perfected version of the Ballistic Technique. He goes against an inherent evil, killing it. He would be classified as a hero. But as we the player are the ones playing as Corrupted BF, the protagonist, Whitty is going against Corrupted BF, making him an antagonist. But again, he is a hero for, at least in this ending, killing off the parasite. Hope this puts any arguments that villains are the same as antagonists down the drain.
Firstly, the animations on Whitty are MUCH better than the original in my opinion. Secondly, the beats in the song are better than the original. What a great mod, keep up the good work dude!
This is SO flawless! The way Whitty appears just feels so entirely new to what we're used to when it comes to ballistic's main idea, he seems to be in control mostly instead of the alternative. This man is just PISSED and it REALLY shows, since it didn't seem like it showed much in the original mod. To think simple sprite, song and Dialogue changes could be the BEST AU story! Well done.

It looks like this ending where the good guy finally wins is being reserved as the fake ending Well damn... Quality is amazing, dare I say better than the original in many aspects
wow this undoubtedly surprised me, the music, the sprites, this is directly the best corruption fanmade mod that I have seen, it is even at the level of the original or even higher
you can tell that in this form whitty is more in control as his arms aren’t flopped down and are actually in a position that shows what he’s trying to do, Fight / Survive and the fact his fuse is completely on fire shows that he’s VERY unstable at that moment you can also tell that from the fact the wall blew up when whitty went ballistic in this mod in comparison to the original one where all that happened was whitty made the environment change a bit
Personal headcanon on why Whitty isn't getting Corrupted throughout the song here We know due to recent info that Whitty will be draining the player's health in this song. Based on the corruption taking over BF again after Pico slightly freed him in the og corruption mod, we can make the assumption that the corruption can regenerate. So let's put one and one together. What if Whitty is using his powers so extremely, draining the healthbar so much, that the corruption has to focus entirely on regenerating so it can't focus on corrupting him at all?

In the first song, Whitty just wanted to be left be. In the second, he was fighting to survive. Here? He near-instantly puts the corrupted Boyfriend on the back foot. That last duet barrage took Boyfriend to a _SLIVER_ before Whitty finally went nuclear.
Ngl, this was the perfect chance to let us play as whitty and that our objective is to save everyone from the corruption

This is another prime example of how antagonists are different from villains. I'm making a link to Undertale, since I don't have much other evidence from video games here, so be warned. In most people's minds, we think of antagonists as the villains, and while that in most cases that is true, the actual definition of an antagonist is a person who goes against the protagonist. For example, you wouldn't call Undyne the Undying a villain because she actively goes against your genocidal path, which makes you the villain in Undertale. You kill a whole society, becoming a monster worse than the ones in Undertale. Undyne's act of self-sacrifice and defiance of death itself just to save humans and monsters alike makes her a hero. Here, Whitty makes one last stand against the Corruption, using a perfected version of the Ballistic Technique. He goes against an inherent evil, killing it. He would be classified as a hero. But as we the player are the ones playing as Corrupted BF, the protagonist, Whitty is going against Corrupted BF, making him an antagonist. But again, he is a hero for, at least in this ending, killing off the parasite. Hope this puts any arguments that villains are the same as antagonists down the drain.
This also works with the opposite of those words, like Hank. Protagonist, but no hero.

This is SO flawless! The way Whitty appears just feels so entirely new to what we're used to when it comes to ballistic's main idea, he seems to be in control mostly instead of the alternative. This man is just PISSED and it REALLY shows, since it didn't seem like it showed much in the original mod. To think simple sprite, song and Dialogue changes could be the BEST AU story! Well done.

wow this undoubtedly surprised me, the music, the sprites, this is directly the best corruption fanmade mod that I have seen, it is even at the level of the original or even higher
you can tell that in this form whitty is more in control as his arms aren’t flopped down and are actually in a position that shows what he’s trying to do, Fight / Survive and the fact his fuse is completely on fire shows that he’s VERY unstable at that moment you can also tell that from the fact the wall blew up when whitty went ballistic in this mod in comparison to the original one where all that happened was whitty made the environment change a bit

Personal headcanon on why Whitty isn't getting Corrupted throughout the song here
We know due to recent info that Whitty will be draining the player's health in this song. Based on the corruption taking over BF again after Pico slightly freed him in the og corruption mod, we can make the assumption that the corruption can regenerate. So let's put one and one together.
What if Whitty is using his powers so extremely, draining the healthbar so much, that the corruption has to focus entirely on regenerating so it can't focus on corrupting him at all?
