    The male defense attorney is awful. At one point he asked a witness if he was pronouncing Marisela‘s name right. Seriously? He should’ve had that nailed down before the trial. It’s disrespectful and shows lack of preparation. Furthermore he and his co-counsel are despicable for dragging Marisela through the mud by insinuating that she was on hard drugs. There is absolutely no evidence of that.

    I can’t stand the defense team! I knew they were untrustworthy when on day one the female defense attorney asked the mother about the 2 debit transactions that she was trying to get the jury to believe they happened on the 6th of the month, which would have been 1 day after she was missing (5th). I knew immediately what they were trying to do and it was going to be an issue dealing with the transaction date versus when the transactions actually posted on the account. Attorneys always try this when debit card transactions come into play. So, as I thought, the transactions date (when the card was actually used) was on the 4th and 5th of the month and both transactions posted(showed on the statement) to the account on the 6th. The defense attorneys new this I’m sure, but just wanted to try and see if they could get the jury to believe that because the prosecution/defense were saying the victim was missing/dead on the 5th, it was impossible for transactions to happen after that and because they were claiming the transactions happened on the 6th of the month, the prosecution was wrong. However, the defense knew the 6th was just the date that the transactions posted and were hoping to confuse the jury! The Prosecutor was able to show the jury that what the defense attorney was saying was not correct. I say all that to say, the defense attorneys are just sneaky and I hope they lose this case!

    The female defence attorney is awful. First she says to a crying mother of victim do you know your daughter was drinking and taking drugs then to hairdresser I don’t think Lisa would have got a word in with you talking. Rude and uncalled for.

    Convicted felon rapper Chuck takes Marisela home gosh only knows what happened but her remains were missing many teeth which points to a violent beating-yet Texas law decides to believe Chuck’s story that Lisa stabbed Marisela in a jealous rage despite zero evidence.

    • @mandyohlin6886
      @mandyohlin6886 5 месяцев назад

      The ME testified that the teeth missing that were unexplained ( not the ones already missing on her x-rays, wisdoms etc.) could have been knocked out at any point, before death, after death. There was evidence of animal activity on her skull bones etc. not all her bones were located and were scattered. So they could have been knocked out of her skull in the 5 months it was decomposing outside. So there is no evidence she took a beating at all in this trial. Other than what the rather crappy defense attorneys said.
      On a side note if you have nothing to do with a murder and are a respectable woman, why would you flee to Cambodia??? 😂
