Love this Champion a lot. Really feels like a wizard from D&D with all the spells he has. Was asking for a Champion like this for a while.

there's an occasional bug where your spells are lit up as if you're in a q/w/e stance, and r is the means to cancel the stance. that might be what's going on there
this build CDR is absurd

HOLY this champ is so bad he's really weak compared to the current meta mages.
Yeah it's pretty sad. He doesn't have reliable lane poke, and people can just walk out of his passive...It should follow like Brand's passive does
