okay first of all, that was magnificent. second of all, the little kid with the clapper >>>! third of all, bro is goated at every instrument, holy cow! great job!
@@daviddellinges1665 He’s not wrong, Sleigh Ride is far from a professional level song, but in a way he isn’t correct as the level that he plays it at is professional.
ONLY 1.29K SUBS?????!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME 1. YOU CAN PLAY ALL OF THOSE INSTRUMENTS 2. YOU LEARNED AAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLL OF THE ORCHESTRA'S PARTS 3. UMM HELLOO VIDEO EDITING IS ON POINT!!! 4. AUDIO QUALITY AND MIX IS SPECTACULAR.
This man can play with such dynamic contrast and articulation, that it feels like you're actually in the scene. As a musician myself, I truly enjoy this piece, and I hope to hear more people that have the sheer talent to play this piece like this man.
Dude when I started watching I literally stopped breathing, the number of instruments he can play and play them well???? I can barely play my baritone sax half decent 😭. What am i doing with my life lmfao. Keep it upppp
Hoping this video gets the recognition it deserves. Perfect articulation throughout, magnificent tone, and just overall a beautiful blend of sounds. To be able to play that many instruments is truly a gift. Look forward to seeing more from you!
I don't know if it's the key this is being played in, but I can't help but think of Mario or some sort of N64 game while hearing this! Extremely good job sir! 😎👍
Fabulous! But I'm also having school concert band flashbacks. I can't even tell you how many times in my grade school days that I had to just stand there bopping the wooden end of the bells or slapping two hinged pieces of wood together. LOL!
I would be tempted to seriously discount this ... had I not played every single-reed woowdwind plus flute & piccolo. I am seriously impressed by the horns, dude!
This was awesome! One of my favorite holiday songs and this was perfect! Thanks for sharing your talent and thanks for listing the equipment used to create it.
This is awesome!!! Really brings back the memories of when we would play this in my high school band every year. Still my favorite Christmas song. Great work!!! (Especially to the slap stick kid!)
Wow, someone else that's crazy enough to attempt to play a whole concert band on their own! I have to admit that you do it better than me though. Nice work!
Thank you for making this! I've been really upset for the past few months and I couldn't help but smile at your performance. it's truly amazing that you did this! Keep it up
Im playing this at my high school, and just the alto part is impressive, but the fact that you can do every part so clean is amazing Edit: (I’m an alto!)
SO CLEAN, TIGHT, YOU REALLY ARE A PRO! You'll HIT 10K SUBS IN NO TIME! REMEMBER ME WHEN YOUR COLLABING WITH ROB LANDES AND THE DOO We're playing this song in 1 week at winter concert 😉
This is exceptionally good, in the style of that one James Morrison video where he plays all the instruments in a jazz ensemble. I find it funny the one brass instrument you don't have it tuba. I mean it makes sense, those can get stupid expensive. It just made me giggle.
WOWZER!🎉 That was fabulous!! BRAVO to the CLAPPER!🙌🏻 SO much more to this than meets the eye - blows my mind 🤯 Can’t imagine how many challenges you faced & it must have taken a LOT of time to put together. I’ll bet one of the biggest challenges was standing still!😅 Didn’t happen much, but when you moved even a tiny bit, you took yourself partway out of the picture - amazing control! MORE please!🙏🏼
Nice job. Hinged slapsticks can be finicky to play live at the exact right time. One alternative is to hold the hinged piece in one hand and the handle in the other, then manually bring them together like you would with a non-hinged 2-handle model. It can be a bit more accurate, but your mileage will vary based on your experience/feel. Keep up the good work!
okay first of all, that was magnificent. second of all, the little kid with the clapper >>>! third of all, bro is goated at every instrument, holy cow! great job!
No tuba?
It’s called a slap stick
I believe he played the tuba part on bass
@@nlikdz yus its also called a whip

Wow you are incredible, the other guy playing the rest of the instruments was alright too.
Someone: how many instruments can you play professionally?
This guy: Yes.
I wouldn't say professionally.

As a french horn player that's done this track in concert before now, god damn that was absolutely sick.
Commenting to boost so this guy gets the recognition he deserves! Very cool cover, lots of talent!!

As a French horn player, trumpet, saxophone, clarinet, euphonium and percussion player you have my respects
This is crazy amazing! The amount of work and editing is incredible. I hope you play as many instruments as you one day
I'm a euph playing and hearing him play the euph sounds just great.
I was so confused at first because my band teacher sent me this but in all honesty though you are one heck of a musician
Doug, this is amazing as usual! Hope you are doing well!

Outstanding. Loved it! Especially the little kid.
Amazing work! It sounds extremely professional! I think a version of pure imagination (from Willy Wonka) in your style would be phenomenal!
Excellent. Really excellent. Now try that in a live performance.
Skilled multi-instrumentalist like James Morrison.
my man is an entire orchestra... like how in the f..
talk about talent! the best thing is that you like you're enjoying it :)
Bravo Maestro and little Maestro as well!
Literally goated in every instrument
Fantastic.
Oh my goodness! The same piece I still remember playing oboe and clarinet on every year in high school then one year in college! Wowzers!
Love the blue trombone lol
i remember having to be the slapper playing this piece in band, many funny memories during rehearsal randomly slapping it as a joke.
Incredible. Just wow! Thank you.

I never saw one 'thrown' like this. The ones we had in school were homemade, just two flat boards with a hinge in the middle.
