Thank you for the video. My 2005 F150 when up and down on the RPMs or stayed on 1st gear and misfired. Went to Autozone and O’Reilly and they told me that the codes read faulty senoloids that go in the transmission. I did what you said and it fix the whole problem. Didn’t spend a dime! I have a question for the ones that already checked this connector how many pins the connector supposed to have 5 or 6? Because mine only have 5, does that means that the connector is bad because is missing a pin
Does this cause a bad downshift ? And shifting into 1st gear, that’s what mines doing after the light came on. My scanner isn’t picking up the codes though.

@@evangonzales4848 yes it did work,the pins inside looks like corroded , just cleaned them with wd40 but also installed 2 zip ties around the plug

Did u find out whats going on with your truck. My says trans fault but no codes come

what is that connector called ? the one u have ziptied? i checked it and it looks bad the inside connector things the terminals ? i need to replace it
