Thanks a lot sir for genuine interection on new year. Sir other than metropolitan cities, the real problem created by judges who obey the police. You might be not agree with me because you have not experienced the remote areas local courts. Mostly the Tehsil level courts do everything as asked by police and the bad advocates for increase the cases. And the alternate solution to this problem could be fined at political arena. If the public do not change politicians every 2nd term nothing will going to change. Thanks a lot sir.
I am a defendant in a civil suit. When I am cross-examined I get emotionally involved and often answer more. Later I realise that my answering was improper and my opposite party may use that record against me. How can I make myself strong so that I answer correctly and don't loose the case?
