    One of the incredible video I ever watched. I started my career as an Advocate at the age of 39 in January 2020. Subsequently Cleared my AIBE Exam. Today I'm leading the cases i.e. Domestic Violence, 125 CRPC, Divorce, Bails. Lastly I will say, "There is never wrong time for doing Right things...!"

    For those who are in doubt, in my early 40's after 14 yrs of full fledged IT career with no job satisfaction planning to resign after IInd yr of LL.B. (3yr). Acquired 1 yr of district court (civil petition) experience while studying 2nd yr. Will be working with a friend @ high court in 3rd yr (22-23). My advice to all, chase knowledge, acquire skills in a domain that you love and money will follow. If you chase money, you might survive but you'll never have satisfaction. From next year I'll be working for myself & betterment of my society. Good luck to all the fighters in this ring of life.
    ThankYou #AdvNahushKhubalkar ji for your kind gesture of giving away what you acquired in years in just few mins of video lectures, your learning & experiences. आपको बहुत बहुत साधुवाद 🙏

    Sir, I understand that career opportunities exist, but I started law at the age of 29, and now I am 36 Honestly, after completion I neither get good clients nor a decent package in the corporate sector. The only reason I have a job in marketing is because I already did an MBA. Otherwise, if someone is starting an LLB after 31, I would say only pursue litigation if your financial condition is strong and you have a good financial backup. It will take at least 7-8 years to start earning substantial amounts. So, if you have the strength to survive, go for it; otherwise, don't.
    When my friends were earning 2 lakh rupees a month at the age of 30, I was working a stipend job with a salary of 5000 rupees at the same age. So, be careful and choose your career wisely. I am not trying to demotivate anyone but sharing the facts and situations I have faced.
    Thank you Sir

      You are right. I have spoken about this aspect in another video relating to law profession, and I have given clear idea to the viewers that if they want to pursue the profession of law they should have financial backup to sustain them for at least 5 years at the initial stage of their law practice.

    Thank you thank you thank you so much sir , I am 29 and in middle of my law degree , having a job with no growth.. Getting constant comments from people that can't do anything till Daye and after doing this also you will stay home. Your age is gone , it's time to look after your family . But believing God's plan I start pursuing it as I always wanted to pursue this as my career .

    Started my law career @ 50. And jumped into litigation. Answer to the question is given in Plato's Republic. I believe law is a career which is understood late in life. My colleagues, the beautiful young blood all 22 years of age are more focussed on a career. While at a late stage you know it's more than a career but a tool with which you can make a positive change in society. Law is not a career its a noble profession.... If joining law late in life do it for the right reasons .. Plato says age 50 is for law

    Sir I am 40 years old , I could not do law when young. I do not have LLB only graduation , want to become lawyer. Can u make a video on how to become lawyer to actually practice in court ? How to fight your own case if I don't have time of 5 year study? Is there any way ? Plz tell us step by step guide me please

    • @LegalInspiration
      @LegalInspiration  3 месяца назад

      Without acquiring a law degree of a recognised University and a bar council sanand you cannot practice as an advocate. Possession of recognised LLB degree and date of BAR council sanad is a must for anyone to practice as an advocate.
      It is another thing if one wants to fight one's own case in person in the court. For that I have already made about 3 to 4 videos on this channel. Please watch them carefully from beginning to end and do that only after understanding what I explained, and after knowing the procedure at your local level.

      Hello! Greetings to you too! I don't think LL. B. Course is available in distance mode. And if you did it from somewhere then I doubt if the distance mode LL. B. will be considered valid. But this is what I understand the situation to be. For getting more clarity please speak to any bar councillor.

    i m senior HR professional with 12+ years, what form of career can i form with my HR experience, if i enter now in law, pls advise

    • @LegalInspiration
      @LegalInspiration  2 месяца назад

      Hello Swathi!
      I think with your 12+ years of experience in HR, you already possess valuable skills and knowledge that can translate well into a career in the legal field.
      One potential pathway you could explore is transitioning into a role as an employment lawyer, focusing on labor laws, employee rights, and workplace regulations. Your background in HR would provide you with a foundation in understanding these areas and allow you to better advocate for both employees and employers.
      I recommend researching various legal career paths that align with your interests and skills, and considering networking with professionals in the legal field to gain further insights and advice. Pursuing additional education or certifications in law could also help you make a successful transition into this new career path.
      Best regards,
      Adv. Nahush Khubalkar

    How to start advocacy after retirement at the age of 59

    • @LegalInspiration
      @LegalInspiration  Год назад

      Certainly you can register yourself with the bar council and procure a sanad that means licence to practice law and become an advocate and start practicing law before the courts. But this is just a formality. Practicing law as an advocate requires much more. It's a Tapasya. You have to first learn the mechanics of the profession under the guidance of a senior advocate and then slowly start practicing your own briefs. Best regards.

Why I'm asking is, after obtaining LLB degree, by chance BCI doesn't recognize as our age is 45 and 49. Kindly guide in this regard

    Good afternoon Sir, Sir I am practicing Chartered Accountant, I resides & lives in Delhi, I have also Complete LLB, now I want to make career in Litigation, what should I do, Litigation of Taxation & Criminal Law

    • @LegalInspiration
      @LegalInspiration  Год назад

      Dear Jatin Gupta,
      Thank you for your comment and your question regarding your desire to pursue a career in litigation, specifically in taxation and criminal law. As a practicing chartered accountant with an LLB degree, you have a solid foundation to pursue a career in litigation.
      To get started, you may want to consider gaining practical experience by working with an experienced senior lawyer in your desired field. This can help you build your skills and knowledge base while also making valuable professional connections. Additionally, you may want to consider taking specialized courses or obtaining certifications in your areas of interest to further enhance your expertise.
      It is also important to network and build relationships with other professionals in your field. Attending legal seminars, conferences, and networking events can be a great way to meet other litigators and potential clients.
      Finally, keep in mind that pursuing a career in litigation requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think critically and creatively. It can be a challenging but rewarding career path, and I wish you all the best as you pursue your goals.
      Thank you again for your comment and for being a part of the Legal Inspiration community. If you have any further questions or topics you would like me to cover in future videos, please don't hesitate to let me know.
      Best regards,
      *Adv. Nahush Khubalkar*

      Certainly! It's truly commendable that you're considering reentering the legal field after 12 years. Your LLB degree is a strong foundation, and at 40, you bring a wealth of life experience and maturity. The legal profession welcomes individuals from various backgrounds, and your decision to pursue this path is both courageous and inspiring.
      Starting as a junior in a chamber is a fantastic way to dive back into the legal world. Your unique perspective and prior experience can be significant assets in understanding complex cases.
      Remember the journey may demand hard work and dedication for which you should be raedy. But every step forward will empower you.
      Reach out to law firms or practitioners, showcasing your enthusiasm and commitment. Networking and continuous learning will be key, and don't hesitate to seek mentorship along the way. The legal community values diversity, and your return to practice can contribute immensely.
      Wishing you the very best on this empowering journey. Remember, age is just a number, and your passion for law knows no bounds!
