This video is amazing. One feedback for those considering the Dyson
1) if you do not have layers your hair will likely not look like this
2) if you have thick hair, and long hair, it takes a while to get the curl situated (you need to use SMALL sections to curl with the wand looking thing)
3) you may or may not use 4 dif attachments to make this happen (I used the rough dry attachment, brush attachment to smooth out, wand, and tight brush to get the bangs to swoosh)
4) the hair stayed volumouns for 24 hours, and it flattens out. Curls do last, but as soon as you do anything with your hair the curls come out.
I have the newest dyson, was excited for it but it actually tangled my hair. I am going to likely continue using the T3 AireBrush Duo. My only complained about the T3 is the brush is a little thick but I think curlers will help me here.
HELP> dyson vs. revlon. pls help guys. i have thick, coarse, 3b curly hair that ive been straighten for a while: flat iron 2 years, revlon for a year. i have so much heat damage despite using the revlon for the past year along with hair oiling and hair masks weekly. so many split ends and so much breakage. i assume the revlon is better than the titanium flat iron i used earlier, and its wayy faster too. but... it is causing damage, so i bought the dyson. pls help me. idk if i should return it. actually, my mom bought it for me bc im a kid. but idk if its worth it. i tried the round brush attachment once and here is my verdict: my roots are wayyyy flatter than from the revlon bc of the smaller barrel. used less time than the revlon.
**someone whose used both can u tell me if the dyson is heat damaging? or if you've only used the dyson on curly hair, have u noticed heat damage???? pls help me. ill feel rly guilty if i waste my mom's money. it's ONLY worth it to me if the round brush dyson is less HEAT DAMAGING than the revlon. i like using the curling barells, but that's not why i bought it.

Im not a pro but i heard that a silk cap can help your hair from getting tangled which will probably also help your hair staying in place

What clips do you use to secure the rollers?
That’s a lot of work considering the airwrap is £500
and a lot hairspray as well
? just because it’s 500$ it‘s still just a hair styling tool and can’t do magic
I use brush to straight out the hair first. It’s faster and instead of roller, I use barrels.roller is good for front part.
Her hair is lovely but u wouldnt expect to have to use rollers as well considering the price
The price has nothing to do with how human hair sets. Regardless of device used, if you don't let your hair cool slowly in a curly the curl will drop out. Hence why people pin curl or use rollers, either heated or velcro.
The point of using dyson is it is quicker as you can go from wet to curl in 1-2 steps, no extreme heat and the curling barrels are faster as they self wrap and don't tangle. I have very long thick hair and I can achieve blow dry and straight hair with the dyson airwrap alone, before I had to blow dry first then straighter so now less heat, if you want curls to last 3 days you have to set them in.

If you leave the dyson on when you remove the curl it will last longer…I have straight asian hair and was wondering why my Dyson wasn’t working but I tried the above mentioned method after watching someone on RUclips and now my curls last for 2 days even without any product
Isn't that a bit too much of a hairspray, I would like to know because my hair is very dry and when I use hairspray, they dry even more

Anything with heat will damage our hair, sadly. Revlon or Dyson. I have both. Dyson round brush is just more soft in my hair, and it doesn't pull my hair as much as the Revlon brush. But heat is heat. Keep doing hair masks and use less heat whenever possible.

Great video but I’m not sure why you’d spend so much money on a Dyson when you put curlers in your hair. Seems like that defeats the purpose. Just get a regular dryer and a round brush. Save yourself $500.

Why do you say that?
Would suggest you don’t unwind your hair from the Dyson like that. Curls really last much longer when you just shut off the Dyson after you’ve curled a section, pull out the wand and hold the curl in your hand for a few seconds.
lmao that's more hair spray than I've used in the past 10 years
All these things you need to do and it's the same result as using one thing, the ceramic hot curlers , wrap your hair with the curlers leave them in at least 30 minutes or longer if you can and you get big bouncy curls, even on thick hair ... why do you have to spend £500 to get the same look.
