  • Hay everyone!
I'm glad to be uploading, and in today's video we will be going over who was involved in Aaravos' trapping, and why I think that the Orphan Queen might not have started out on the side that you would have thought.
Season 4 of The Dragon Prince gave us new information for Aaravos and everything to do with him, and I want to dive right into the heart of it.
I know there is so much more to cover, I will be happy to do so, and don't worry my head is constantly swirling with new ideas of videos. The hard part is finishing them.
Thank you so much for your continued support, any ideas or feedback to anything is always greatly appreciated, as I am just trying to make the best content I can for all of you.
If you actually read the description till here for whatever reason
    ...thank you xD
Also, comment "location time" to show that you did!
You get to know that my next video will be on the Location of Aaravos' Prison, and the information we get through Rex Igneous' Map.
    Stay Tuned!
    Thank you for watching,
    Take care.
    Bye.

Any feedback is always greatly appreciated, but other than that,
    Take care!

I’m slightly concerned about the final battle with Aaravos. If you create an antagonist with godlike powers, there’s a risk of them getting severely nerfed when it’s time for them to be defeated. Which essentially undermines everything previously known about the character. I really hope they find a smart way to do this without making Aaravos a joke.

    • @victoriahanstad1439

Me personally think Aaravos will win in s6 and then the main characters makes a new combat in s7 with probably help from other elves, dragons and humans. The creators have said this arc will be darker and having the 'heroes' lose at first will definitively be a dark turn and possible a good cliffhanger between seasons as well. But even if this happens to be the case I'm still concerned as well, such a powerfull antagonist that have been trapped before by cooperation between elves and dragons, the creators need to have a very good plan for how to get through with this to not make Aaravos a joke

@@victoriahanstad1439 Sauron is a good example of an antagonist that was far too powerful to beat with brute force, who was ultimately outsmarted and defeated because of his arrogance and shortsightedness. Something like that would be good for Aaravos.

@@victoriahanstad1439 The only way to defeat him is a satisfying way would be through trickery, the writers have mentioned that Aaravos is pretty arrogant, so maybe the protagonists could take advantage of that. 0:09: The writers heavily imply that Aaravos wanted Viren to conquer Xadia in order to get revenge on the dragons and elves in season 3. So he's not exactly motivated by a desire for social justice and equality. I think he is just as evil as the people he hates since he wants to punish all elves and dragons

The Jailer is definitely human - they have five fingers. But the image of those keys is what I keep latching onto - they look like the keys that were in the box alongside the key of Aaravos, and Callum 'woke up' inside his dark magic dream on top of a pile of keys that also look like the keys around the Jailer's neck.
(I came here for Aaravos but wind up going off about the keys, haha. I just know that however Aaravos is tying into Callum's story is definitely what's made a casual watcher into someone who is now watching TDP videos on RUclips.)

I feel the orphan qeen may not have quite clear flour in the bag (a bit of a norwegian wording, but I think you get the point). I generally question why she was in Xadia in the first place since the humans was banished. Was she there to try to make the dragons and elves accept humans again? Was she there to originally steal something for dark magic purposes? Was she there because of Aaravos? Was she originally helping him, but then later figured out he was deciving?
The more questions I ask myself regarding her, the less likely it seems to be for good purposes. But I guess we have to wait for the futur seasons to get those answers if not an own comic, movie or short story about her and her part of the story

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised... he does seem to be the "Avatar" of TDP. I feel like they took the idea of AtlA and twisted it to "what if the others were against the Avatar, and he was considered the Antagonist". I think in S7, the main antagonist might switch and while Aaravos might not be a ...good guy, they'll realise he isn't the bad guy!

  • @ryankwon8785
    @ryankwon8785 Год назад +1

We know Aaravos can create spells outside the Looking Glass. I agree it is possible that the objects that were used as clues to Aaravos' prison are linked to Aaravos. Aaravos' power is his influence which corrupts the hearts of the ambitious and the righteous. Aaravos' actions are similar to Sauron's as we know. Sauron's goal was to bring order to Middle Earth and remove anything wasteful. His mindset started when he believed the Valar abandoned Middle Earth thus believing he himself needs to conquer Middle Earth to bring peace and stability. Aaravos' short story shows his hatred towards the Startouch Elves and explains how they do not care for Xadia and humanity.
Aaravos might've truly cared for humanity at first but he gradually grew to desire to become a god-king in both Xadia and the human kingdoms. Elarion reminds me of Numenor in some way as both cities were destroyed because of the influence of a Great Deceiver (Zubeia called Aaravos a deceiver even though it is confirmed he never lies) by a powerful force (Numenor was destroyed by Eru Illuvatar while Elarion was destroyed by the first King of the Dragons, Sol Regem). Numenor was destroyed by a great flood while Elarion was destroyed by Sol Regem's great flood of fire.
Personally, I hope Aaravos shows his good, selfless side in a way. It will be nice to see Aaravos fulfill his side of the bargain by truly saving Viren rather than discarding him.
Dragon Prince's Simarils? (Corona of the Heavens -> Will be explained in Book 5)
    dragonprince.fandom.com/wiki/Corona_of_the_Heavens
One Ring and the Key of Aaravos:
One Ring to rule them all (Key of Aaravos = Symbol of Power)
One Ring to find them (Key of Aaravos identifies Primal Sources)
One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them (Key of Aaravos' influence on its users and its surroundings)
Cartoon Universe (RUclips Group) actually gathered information that future seasons will show a flashback confrontation between Avizandum and Aaravos. There will be a music soundtrack in which Avizandum will say something to Aaravos that will hurt him emotionally. There is also magic much older than Primal Magic and one of them is called "Power" which will be explained by Aaravos. This ability might be how Aaravos controlled Callum by dominating his mind and will.
I notice how Dragon Prince feels similar to James Cameron's Avatar in some way:
    1. Na'vi (Elves) have four fingers while humans have five.
    2. Human Protagonists help Na'vi (Elves) in the Final Battle against other human antagonists.
    3. Jake (Callum) feels disconnected at home (Katolis) and feels more at home at Pandora (Xadia) because of his friendship with Neytiri (Rayla).
    Half-Elves Question
    1. I wonder if some Half-Elves (Elf-Human Hybrids) do not have horns and have five fingers while others would retain their Elvish appearances (Horns and Four Fingers)
    2. In Tolkien's stories, Elrond and Elros had to choose if they want to be an Elf or a Human. Elrond chose to be an Elf while Elros chose to be a Human).
    3. In Avatar: War of Water,
    - Neteyem and Tuktirey had four fingers and no eyebrows making them look like actually Na'vi.
    - Kiri and Lo'ak had five fingers and eyebrows making them look more like Jake's Avatar appearance (Na'vi & Human Blood)

Wait wait wait, King Harrow (Before he died, Rip) said that the key of Aaravos was a family heirloom “Something of power” maybe Aaravos has secretly been messing with the royal family?? We don’t have an exact timeline, but Queen Aditi was about 20 or so years ago, maybe even less, maybe even more and I think behind the scenes he’s been messing with all the human kingdoms and perhaps in season 5 or 6 he tricks the humans into fighting EACHOTHER starting yet ANOTHER war. Or maybe they’ll start on their own. Sometime in Season 7 there has to be an EPIC FIGHT, and i’m convinced that it won’t just be the group and Callum, maybe somehow all of Xadia and the human kingdoms gang up on Aaravos when he least expects it, because, thats how Zubeia explains just how they trapped Aaravos (whoever it is) and its when he was caught-off-guard, but it doesn’t seem to happen often. The only way to beat Aaravos is at his own game.
