I have only tried the serum, but I love it. My favorite part using this serum is that on my skin I can skip moisturizer and go straight to sunscreen.
I love that you said.. where there is irritation there hyperpigmentation.. I work at a medical spa but no one seems to get this. I am darker skin and I swear it frustrates me that I keep telling them can’t use a lot of irritating products.

I've been using the regular #5 serum, it really works to help even out skin tone and prevent some break out, but only a little. If i stop using it, i can tell! I will try the plus line once i've used up my stocks thanks Kelly for another great video

I had serious hyperpigmentation from months of hormonal acne and was actually debating getting some sort of spa treatment to get it removed. The serum has transformed my skin. No longer in need of anything but this line. Just purchased the toner!

@@voguezee2722hi! I use this everyday AM only. The other serums I usually pair with it, if time permits, is the By Wishtend Propolis Energy Calming Ampoule or Azelaic Acid. All of which have been amazing for calming my acne.

I love you Kelly 😍 I was so curious about these products but you're the absolute queen at describing texture and weight! the serum has shea butter and ceramides so I was worried it would be too much for my super oily skin, very reassuring to hear it's medium but absorbs really fast (numbuzin no.3 is too much in a morning routine for example). I ordered Haruharu's 4% niacinamide & 4% tranexamic acid because it seemed more lightweight but when I finish it I might try this one one as well.

I saw amazing results within a month of using this serum and definitely purchasing again… for me its a well rounded serum… i was really skeptical before buying it… because of the form of vitamin c but its the best antioxidant ive tried by preventing dark spots before it happens… it does take some time to fade really stubborn dark spots but after 3 months theres a good difference… its also not irritating at all. I even use it on my eyelids and around my eyes… under my eyes to reduce dark circles and it WORKS. I also use it twice a day.
Noting that i also use adapalene, aha, and bpo. And dont even use it on seperate nights… i do sometime though just use a Moisturizer when i feel that my skin is fine and need a break. ❤

Thanks for uploading! I am currently researching since I want to make an order on yesstyle and not sure if I want to try out the serum 5+. I am searching for a good brighting serum that doesnt already come oxidized. Sadly happened to me twice so no to pure vitamin c serums for now, Currently also trying out and using the toner no 3 + the serum no 3 every morning and evening.
Update after 3 weeks: I really like the serum no 5 - no irritation and great texture, little bit sticky but i like those textures, similar to the serum no 3 - I also apply a bigger amount, one full drop + a little bit more, even around my eyes. I use serum 3 at night and 5 in the morning. I will repurchase both of them. Toners were switched.
Brighting effects: cant tell 100% after around 2 weeks in but my skin tone seems brighter - can probably tell once the bottle is empty and I will for sure empty it :) not something I can tell about every serum I own.

I love the serum, I used a couple of bottles of it. The toner was hyped tons over on the japanese skincare channels so really want to get that whenever it comes to YesStyle/stylevana. I have not used the toner pads or sheet masks that they do, but want to try them all at some point as I like the actives and ingredient makeup in them, plus hyperpigmentation is my main skin issue.

Thank you Kelly li really like some numbuzin products there sleeping liquid mask number 3 I think is a great skincare product very hydrating now im useing copper peptides I'm being very careful and useing my retin a on alternative nights stopped vitamin c as I just can't tolerate it .and it doesn't go well with copper peptides

As per your recommendation (as in every single product I use), I’m using The Beauty of Joseon Glow Deep (arbutin), Inkey List tranexamic acide and RNW Ceramide plus for barrier carrier (to counter act effects of tret). Could I replace all three with this serum or shall I keep my RNW ceramide? Thinking of the need to use less products in the hotter months. Thank you.

Hello Kelly, remember that to see results from a product for hyperpigmentation it takes a long time, I think you should use multiple bottles to see the results, in fact many dermatologists say that it takes several months to see results with hyperpigmentation. A hug from Chile 😘

Thanks for another amazing video! I have enjoyed using the # 3 toner and the #5 serum from Numbuzin for about an year. Now, I want to use the #5 toner along with the serum! I'd like to have your take on the #3 toner (which, in my understanding, is the top seller of the brand)🙂 As for the results of the #5 serum, it keeps my skin healthy, especially when it is used along with Sidomoor's Idebenone ampoule.

Kelly, could you please share your entire experience with brightening. Such as which products you loved, and those products that you tried but ened up swapping out for something better. I want to treat my uv damage but I'm overwhelmed by how many brightening products and ingredients there are. I don't know which brightening products/ingredients to pair with which to get the best result and I don't know if there is such a thing as too many or too much brightening products in a single routine. Please, help! Also, do I use brightening products in the am as well as pm daily or is that too much?

I've been using the 5+ serum for about 2 months, I think I'm getting down to the bottom of the bottle. This stuff is absolutely amazing. My completion has completely turned around and has faded my dark spots very well! It's my #1 serum. Most days I'll just use an essence in the morning, followed by this serum and then sunscreen. Good to go!

Hey Kelly, that toner is excellent. I bought it on your recommendation and I love it. I use it on top of the Isntree HA Toner Plus. This is a magical combo for hydration for me. I always follow up with an occlusive moisturizer since I have very dry skin. I watched your video from 5 years ago re: potential problems with HA. Great video and still very relevant. The orthodontic and cosmetic dental work you had done is outstanding. Would love to get more details about that despite it being outside of the topics discussed on your channel. Thank you.
Thank you! It was a combo of braces and Invisalign with some extractions to make room, my mouth was crowded so nowhere for the teeth to go without it. I found an ortho who was willing to create a plan that worked with me for the best cosmetic look during treatment. It took about 2 years but worth it and corrected a lot of jaw issues I had!
@@KellyDriscoll Oh gosh Kelly, so sorry to tell you this after the fact, but teeth should never be removed to make room. Instead the upper and lower jaws should be widened and brought forward so that all of the teeth will fit. Removing teeth always compromises the airway. Orthos are great at straightening teeth, but not so great in regards to preserving the airway and its function, or correcting any jaw issues. I've been a nurse for over 30 years and I have severe jaw, teeth and tongue issues, all from standard ortho a treatment and having permanent teeth removed. I also have dental caviations from the extractions. Very common but very few dentists know how to spot it as well as the ramifications that occur from it. I would be more than happy to speak with you free of charge about all of this stuff if you are interested. My own doctor said she was extremely impressed with all of the research I had done and the knowledge I had acquired and that it would help her with her patients.
@@wakeupordieit’s already too late for me but my face would be even wider than it is now if I had to expand my upper and lower jaws to straighten my teeth . I don’t mind the chubbiness of the fat itself on my face and don’t want to lose any more face but I’ve always wanted a slightly narrower face structure bone wise. So it’s hard for me imagine an even wider face than I do now if the ortho was somehow able to keep all my teeth . I’ve had bicuspids (I think ) removed , two from upper and two from lower before braces and years later , three wisdom teeth removed . I do feel like I have a narrower airway of my throat and I tend to mumble a lot in my speech but I’m not sure if that happened before or after braces (got braces on just a month or two before 17 and off two years later ). Had and maybe still have tongue thrusting and teeth grinding at night. Would like to get a tongue tie release and it’s not outrageously expensive but it’s the costs of myofunctional therapy before and after that would make it too hard for me to actually cover the total cost . I have watched videos done by a doc by the last name of Zhagi and he’s not too far from me but it’s a shame that lack of enough money will prevent me from pursuing this procedure and other things I need/want in my life .
Oh and I’m almost 48 so it’s been ages since I had braces .
@@SleeplessinOC I understand where you are coming from. I am having to sell my home in order to pay for the dental care and medical care I need, because insurance won't cover it. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to afford it either. The dental and airway issues have caused many very serious problems, too many to even list here. My case is more severe than most.

I've been using the serum and toner. I love these. I have exrtremely sensitive skin. I couldn't use vitamin c serum I always break out but this one is very gentle. I would say it will take time to see brightening effect but I would say it literally calms my skin. Everytime I will use this redness disappear.

FYI glutathione has a sulfur like smell in higher percentages. That's what makes the Topicals Faded Serum smell soooo bad lol iykyk.. It's actually a good sign that this toner has a decent amount of glutathione in it.

I had no idea at which stage on my routine to introduce the pads. I was wary of layering too much of niacinamide, as most of my products have at least 2% in them.
Do you need to use the pad and serum together?
I was waiting for the toner to arrive on stylevanna or yesstyle but even amazon is great.

No need to use them together especially if you're seeing results on your first bottle! Just keep doing what you're doing! 2x a day could be good just watch for any signs of irritation and pull back if needed.

You could use any of the products with Niod Survival together if you like, there wouldn't be any ingredient conflicts.

Hi I tried the serum after seeing all the reviews. However, it did nothing for my hyperpigmentation after going through 3 bottles. Maybe it needs 30 bottles to see results. I have yet to to try anything which gives an impact and feel that laser treatments are the way to go.skincare takes forever and in the long run may cost just as much.
Are the toner pads and the liquid toner the same ingredients wise? I have the #5 line but have the toner pads because there wasn’t an option for #5 liquid toner at the time. Now I’m wondering if I could use the liquid vs the toner interchangeably. (Other than the benefits of the pads themselves of course)
I've been using the serum for nearly 4 months now and I love it. I got red from the Goodal vitamin c serum so I was really scared to try this out but so far it's been so gentle on my skin. I HAVE seen some brightening on some scars but it's not the miracle they claim to be haha. I was gonna ask if you think we could use it twice daily ?
You can try it 2x, just watch for signs of irritation and be willing to pull back to 1x if needed. Everyone's skin is different!

Hi Kelly! I'm a new subscriber and this is my first comment on your videos. Love your content! I've had my eye on the No. 5 line for a couple months now but have been uncertain if it was for me. Taking it to the body is what has attracted my attention. I've been using hydroquinone to repair 10+ years of sun damage on my back the last few months. Once I finish this bottle, I need to take some time off hydroquinone. Contemplating using this line on my back during the break. At my first biochemistry lab internship, my PI asked me on my first day if I liked baking-he said “Good. This is a lot like baking, except you don’t get to eat it at the end!” Formulation is everything! Literally even the suppliers, the temperature of the lab that day, the number of times it was mixed before adding the next reagent-every little detail can result in an entirely different product!
And as a baker, proving your rolls in a warm or cold kitchen, using a different brand of butter, even using a different oven will change how your bread turns out! I’ve got some.. interesting results over the years 🥴🥐

I wouldn't add another ascorbic acid product into the same routine as this one. Gauge your results first to see if you're getting the benefits before you switch or add anything.
The gluthatione on the serum is so low, it's just there for false advertisement.
Honestly. I tried the whole thing and it DID NOT WORK for my acne hyperpigmentation and scars and marks both recent and old and active. The only thing it did was tone up my skin a little bit. Did absolutely nothing to my primary concern. In my opinion turn your back at it girl. Numbuzin is honestly not a good brand for me. Even the number 3 serum broke me out.
