Though, if the game makes you feel genuinely uncomfortable, imo just stop playing and find something else to play.
I have heard a similar critique of other games like Azur Lane and Nikke, really just that the fan service slider is too high for some people. That said, I haven't seen people make it the devs problem in the other games like they do in ZZZ. Guess Genshin was so crazy popular it attracted people who just aren't familiar with the space.

The only thing “sexual” about ZZZ is that the female characters are very attractive. They’re not sexualized or objectified, they just have really well designed animations and physics. Genshin and Honkai aren’t lacking in sexy designs, it’s just that the animations in those games are not as good as ZZZ. They’re much stiffer and less expressive. That’s what makes ZZZ characters feel more real. ZZZ characters body proportions and outfits are all very practical with reasonable coverage that you wouldn’t bat an eye over if you saw someone wearing it in real life. If anything, ZZZ outfit designs are even less sexual than some of the ridiculous, impractical designs in Genshin and Honakai.

While I do find love in deepspace too fanservicy, I'd say at least the characters there all look like ADULTS ZZZ has too many child looking characeters that hoyo tries to portray as adults, that's the real problem. As a man, I am not able to play ZZZ at all. Every time I try to play the game, most of my blood flows somewhere else and not enough to my brain thus I am not able to focus properly. The direction of the game the devs chose makes it really.. hard for me. In her defence, as I recall, some ZZZ ads are, such as Jane and Burnice. Other chars are not so introduced in such sexualised, but Jane and Burnice are the current META of the game, alongside Caesar, who is not the problem, here, I suppose. I can agree that only Jane and Burnice are overly sexualised, but since they are only two chars, I can skip them. Some people can't differentiate between fiction and reality to understand games are just for entertainment and isn't real life. I don’t get it at all. There’s plenty of games and media I would understand feeling that way about, but ZZZ? There’s nothing to be annoyed about unless you’re just extremely insecure about yourself in real life. There’s nothing over the top about these characters. They’re attractive, have practical outifits designs, they have very good animations and physics (in a very real to life sort of way not a fan service kind of way), and they game does not go out of its way at all to sexualized or objectify any of the characters outside of Jane who’s seductive personality is well within her character. These characters have all received a great amount of love from the creators by making them more than just their appearance, yet it’s these people who are criticizing it who are the worst offenders of sexualizing and objectifying these characters and CHOOSING to ignore the layers that these characters possess under the surface once you allow yourself the opportunity to get to know them.

The only thing “sexual” about ZZZ is that the female characters are very attractive. They’re not sexualized or objectified, they just have really well designed animations and physics. Genshin and Honkai aren’t lacking in sexy designs, it’s just that the animations in those games are not as good as ZZZ. They’re much stiffer and less expressive. That’s what makes ZZZ characters feel more real. ZZZ characters body proportions and outfits are all very practical with reasonable coverage that you wouldn’t bat an eye over if you saw someone wearing it in real life. If anything, ZZZ outfit designs are even less sexual than some of the ridiculous, impractical designs in Genshin and Honakai.

As a man, I am not able to play ZZZ at all. Every time I try to play the game, most of my blood flows somewhere else and not enough to my brain thus I am not able to focus properly. The direction of the game the devs chose makes it really.. hard for me. I try to play the for as long as possible but I always keep coming close to the edge, it drives me nuts I almost end up fainting. In her defence, as I recall, some ZZZ ads are, such as Jane and Burnice. Other chars are not so introduced in such sexualised, but Jane and Burnice are the current META of the game, alongside Caesar, who is not the problem, here, I suppose. I can agree that only Jane and Burnice are overly sexualised, but since they are only two chars, I can skip them. From her post, I witnessed people being offended from my remark which I believe nothing of offending someone since that particular woman (not the one who posted but the one whom I accidentally "offended") already made a hungry comment, to begin with.

I don’t get it at all. There’s plenty of games and media I would understand feeling that way about, but ZZZ? There’s nothing to be annoyed about unless you’re just extremely insecure about yourself in real life. There’s nothing over the top about these characters. They’re attractive, have practical outifits designs, they have very good animations and physics (in a very real to life sort of way not a fan service kind of way), and they game does not go out of its way at all to sexualized or objectify any of the characters outside of Jane who’s seductive personality is well within her character. These characters have all received a great amount of love from the creators by making them more than just their appearance, yet it’s these people who are criticizing it who are the worst offenders of sexualizing and objectifying these characters and CHOOSING to ignore the layers that these characters possess under the surface once you allow yourself the opportunity to get to know them.

I mean I understand that ZZZ has a target demographic but holy shit every limited character that has come out has been hardcore gooner bait in one way or another. Its not asking for much to just have less sexy and more cool woman character. The first non gooner character thats going to come out is Lighter, everyone else just had massive boobs or was loli bait. My favorite limited character is easily Jane Doe because of how cool she is in the story while also being a badass fem fatale but its super annoying that ALL the girl characters are gooner bait. At least through in a muscular woman, it wouldn't be hard to make her appealing to the "primary" demographic either. It wouldn't take much to make both groups happy.

But she is also really really cool, wich brings up my issues with the argument. People act like this is a binary state where characters are either gooner bait or you are cool, when they can be several things at the same time.
Now while i dissagree with OPs framing i do agree that more male characters would be benefitial. Constaly milking your whales is not sustainable for the long term, while low expender waifu havers might grow frustrated, this way let one side of your audience rest while monetizing another one.
Then again we are at just patch 1.2, plenty of gachas strugle with character ratios in the first months, ZZZ has the bigger issues of having a imbalance in the ratio of A ranks to S ranks and still are trying to figure out what the fuck they do with TV mode. I think post 1.4 marketing will be what actually tells us what we can expect long term.
@@joshuajackson5203 I never said she was wasn't gooner bait but she is an amazing character in addition to that. My issue is the sheer quantity of gooner bait. I'd like more characters along the Lycaon, Billy, and Soldier 11. We don't need Nikke ass jiggle girls as every banner.
