Absolutely, I Am is the one who allows the process of it all to be (sensations, feelings and actions. Observing, observer and observed) It is doing so throughout the memories or by creating a new paths (like the brain does itself)
It is important to understand it and make a difference between
I Am and its environment,
which is submitted to the same functions (sensations, feelings and actions ..) as well.
I could experience it while my process of stop smoking for example or more recently when I was dealing with a huge fear
Who fears, what does it make him fear the most, what's the acceptable reasons to stop the process of fear - all this within oneself.

It IS "felt", it is a "feeling", yes, leaving all the words out because nothing describes what you're actually feeling because it is a feeling..I smile while I write those words. Love these chats and thought rabbit holes, thank you. Isn't the inconceivable and unimaginable only this way because of the limited beings we are. Isn't what is inconceivable, inconceivable purely due to humanistic limitation. Quantum is fun for now, the search for understanding is fun, the mystery of what lies beyond… It all feels like playing with limited information due to the species we are and our inbuilt limitations. When the simulation programmer, god, universe or aliens come and give us a few lessons, maybe we will finally be 'enlightened' :)

It cannot be said that there is not an intelligence that is the universe or energy, which therefore includes 'us'. If so we are this, we are doing this. If this is so and we are unaware of this, then we are doing it subconsciously, what if we become aware we are doing it?
If so we are creating and are the existence of the entirety of our experience and have never received anything. If someone punches you, you are them so you punched yourself. You’re not controlling them from this individualistic point of view but you are not just this individual, you are all energy and potential. We can be under the impression that there is a universe that is not of our doing and that we then receive our cues from it, but all along that was us being or doing that. Never take cues from circumstances because they are something you have already created. The present is a reflection of the past. You can perceive something as seeming bad which is you creating something that could be deemed bad then you create a bad reaction to it which forms a negative cycle. Never refer to the present and only ever be in what is possible which is how to break the cycle.
Not necessarily trying to create something physically/ make something appear for instance a piece of jewellery, the jewellery is just a representation of what's possible but it’s not the jewellery that is actually the drawing factor, it’s the desire for the jewellery and the imagination surrounding the jewellery as to what it represents, the piece of jewellery is not needed to already experience that desire and imagination and furthermore the piece of jewellery is just a limitation as the desire and imagination is already boundless. We are already all energy and everything that is possible which is just as happening simultaneously with what is physically appearing.
The intelligence that is potential and energy isn’t being defined as ‘you’ or anything and instead just is, already free from the need for something to happen and regardless of what happens there is still already everything and so is whole, complete, and free.

I continue to learn through contemplation, meditation, and reading. Right now I am reading a fascinating book by Jeff Carreira, his most recent book, called Transdimensional Spirituality. I don’t know if you are ware of Jeff. He has written some interesting books, like Paradigm Shifting, and Cosmic Consciousness. His new book definitely takes me beyond what I have ever been exposed to before, and I was curious as to your understanding/viewpoint of what Jeff is saying in his book. He speaks experientially, explaining what he has lived. I am trying to process it to move forward in my own Journey. Truly wondered what you might say about it. Thanks!
