I LOVE this video! I never thought about breaking things down this way but I find this method extremely helpful. I like that you suggest having no more that three tasks per day. I remember Tim Ferris mentioning that in 4 Hour Work Week and thought that was a great piece of advice. It fits really well into this scheduling plan.
Awesome breakdown + reverse engineering. increased my clarity + challenged me to update the Scorecard this week. I have never turned on notifications i decided that years ago with Blackberry when I was a Corp Exec that notifications are a disaster waiting to happen. So many studies that it's like PTSD to our brains. Glad you did it.
TOP 3 TASKS a day! I love that because I used to be doing TOOOOO MUCH and my TO DO list just never ended, all I did was add on. Now, I write 3 TOP tasks and also I force myself to ONLY check my email twice a day, not more. Prioritizing these 3 tasks is really great. Social media engagement is usally one of my TOP 3 for Lead gen And I have my RUclips day too. Create 3 priorities is really a BIG difference for me
