You know, I never realized this before now but after seeing sovietwomble play around for an hour or so and because of his theories, I finally worked out that the tests in the beginning weren’t simple because they were the wrong tests but because they expected you to use Neuromods during them, becoming a chair and moving blocks using telekinesis and such.

Exactly. IIRC they were experimenting on Morgan and testing new neuromods. I’m guessing that the last one with the questions was supposed to test some kind of telepathy.

@L-Archange not quite, those questions were to monitor personality drift. There was even an image portion of certain drawings that Morgan (and others) made that provoke an emotional response even after neruomod removal.

This is so much so the case that there even is an achievement for coming back and doing the tests with the neuromods (kinetic blast/levitation for the first, mimicry for the second and phantom shift/remote manipulation).

nah, i call it in-gameplay roleplaying, normally people don't just go around picking up random garbage when you're and about :P
though of course he stopped doing that after discovering the recycle mechanic. that, and limited inventory space...
