I think it depends on what interview you are attending. I think a lot many people are interested in knowing stuff about their personal life (which is totally not needed) . And there are people who are interested in movies and their Profesional life. If you are going for an interview in CUE you know they will ask Profesional questions. But if go in behindwoods you know what they will ask. And you see the views in behindwoods is way more than in CUE. So somewhere they are showing what majority of people want.

I think it depends on what interview you are attending. I think a lot many people are interested in knowing stuff about their personal life (which is totally not needed) . And there are people who are interested in movies and their Profesional life. If you are going for an interview in CUE you know they will ask Profesional questions. But if go in behindwoods you know what they will ask. And you see the views in behindwoods is way more than in CUE. So somewhere they are showing what majority of people want.
