Two years ago around this time, one of my friends was diagnosed with brain cancer. My entire grade learned this song for him and we all performed it for him. He died five months later and we all got together to sing it the day we all found out. We were all 12.
That is making the best of a very bad situation. I'll bet he loved it and his family was touched by your caring.

I'm taking Cello lessons thanks to these guys from their star wars video. i have no regrets taking up the cello whatsoever. starting cello lessons has been the best decision I've ever made in my life so far! I'm playing it at church now and it feels wonderful to spread my music!

My husband died 2 months ago and I have 3 children and I'm 43 years old! My husband and I listened to this song when my baby 4 days old died 5 years ago to deal with the pain of losing him I was having such a hard time and my husband wasn't struggling with it as much as me so I needed him to be there to be my strong one to fall on and hold me up!! Well he died in January this year and now I am listening to it without him trying to cope with his death by myself without him to be here to hold me up and be there for me I hope I will still be ok!!

I randomly ran across this song a few months after i lost my sister to breast cancer. She was only 27. I am now 27 years old and its been almost 2 years since she was ripped from us. This song helped me tremendously. She got me into playing the cello after i saw her play the violin in school. She was my duo partner. Im doing better now. Because it truly will be okay. There is always a rainbow after a storm. Sometimes you just have to squint to see it.

I have to say that this song became my theme song in 2018. I was depressed and worried about my future. In Feb. 2018, I had a dream about my Mom who died in 1988. She came to me and sat at dining table and said to me, "It's gonna be ok" repeatedly. All I could say to her was "Mom, you're so beautiful!" Later in Feb., I had knee replacement surgery and on March 9, 2018, I left my husband of 41 yrs. after many years of emotional and financial abuse. Then, in April 2018, I was listening to random Amazon Music in the middle of another sleepless night, when this song from Piano Guys came on phone. Needless to say, I didn't look at it as just a coincidence, but as a sign from God, that I was going to be ok. Now, I'm living independently with my cat and enjoying life!
Going through a lot this week.... watching my Dad who's cancer is back losing his struggle daily as I take care care of him until his end. I can complain,cry, ask why God?? Or simply be grateful that I'm here spending precious time with him. I know that it will be OK and we'll be together someday. Thanks for sharing this video beautifully done!

If you ever catch yourself asking "why is this happening", try to think of all the good that came/is coming out of it. For example, maybe you are spending more time with your Dad now, I don't know your personal life. My family witnessed our Grandma struggle with a lung disease for 2 months in the hospital/hospice. It wasn't until she passed that I realized that the end moments we shared finally ended the anger and hatred my mother had for my grandma over the course of her life and only speaks highly of her now.
That gratitude for the time that you have is what will carry you through on "that day". When my Mum went home last year living stopped for a few months but one morning I woke up and all I could see where those times well spent in joy, sharing, learning and teaching. I pray that you are blessed with that joy as well. Wrap yourself in it for it is a coat of pure unconditional Love...

This randomly played on my spotify yesterday. I think my life is going well, I have a beautiful family, prospects and budding spiritual life in Jesus. Yet, this brought me tears then and it's done the same now. This is what I think C. S. I am depressed, I feel depressed because of my unfortunate situation. Thee has been so many times, I felt like giving up. So many times I have procrastinated on homework, because I feel so depressed. But I have to remind myself that my notions of predetermined failure are irrational and move on.

I remember the first time I heard this song shortly after it was released, I was working from home since our team was being moved to a new office building. It turned out to be one of the most stressful days, working for an IT Support call center. I came across this song during lunch time and sent it to the rest of the team. This song is such an encouragement. Whatever stormy season you may be going through now, it will pass.

I saw them live in ABQ in the beginnng of August. This was by far one of my favorites from the show! I still have the video on my phone!
I love these guys, I have and play all their cds. This is one of my favs, my little granddaughter sings with it and I love that. Anybody who gives any of their music a negative comment is nuts. This is happy, uplifting and also encouraging music. If you don’t like it, keep it to yourself. I don’t consider rap to even be music but I’m not ugly about it. Grow up people. This is real talent. There are all kinds around us, the Piano Guys are fabulous in my book.

When I was much younger one of the dance teams above me did a tap routine to this song. I still know Al of the moves because it loved it so much. A couple of years later I was at one of my best friends house and her sister said “he Alexa, play my playlist” and this was the first song that played. I asked for the name and she gave it to me. It’s now four year or so later and these past few months I have been struggling with anxiety and not feeling good enough. Then today a couple of pretty bad things and I was crying on my bed listing to music. I remembered this song and came back too it. Wow thank you piano guys

I know how you feel. When my first principle (we called him Mr. V) left and the new one (Mr. Benjamin) came I didn't like school. He wasn't as nice as Mr. V AT ALL! He found stupid reasons to suspend me, like spitting on a kid. Does that really deserve a suspension?
