I think from watching your videos that the nature in Uganda is very beautiful and worth visiting...the people are also nice and well behaved, which makes this country great... I like it very much. happy times Yves 💕💕⭐💪🏻
its a big lesson that yves replied for kids "you have food on your hand".....That is the problem of Africa, even we have everything we beg for foreigners, have food on their hand but begging, you see how kids grow with this mentality, africa needs education, even having all the resources and wealth we beg "having food on the hand and beg".....we just have to work on our society knowing what he has in his hand, children has to learn not to beg but to work and to grow by themselves
And you have figured out that foreigners are not begging alot of people in United States are begging including their government. Their envoys are on the continent every single day begging us to sell them out minerals for pennies and begging us to take overpriced loans Interests rates of more than 300. All major American cities, homeless on the streets. And their politicians are sending money to Israel to fight and permanently remove the Palestinians population in the name of some stupid book some con artist wrote
Just returned from Uganda back to Manchester England. Fort Portal is my favorite place. I was watching you 1st videos on Uganda about 6 weeks ago. I've just done 26 days out in the country. Safe travels 🙏🏾 now
Just a shame that so many Ugandans don't care and throw their rubbish everywhere. I've never seen so much rubbish. I guess that comes back to the lack of waste management infrastructure that you mention.
I love ugandans simplist and hospitality. Very nice green land which seem to be having alot of food and everything. Once this country work on infrasture, no country will beat it in africa coz it has everything
I am an ardent fan and follower of Yves from Nairobi,Kenya. His adventures keep me in times perspective. I"d like to suggest he inserts bits of maps to indicate positions he is transiting. Good luck and keep up with the adventure spirit.
😁🤣 The guy at 7:20 is actually asking to drive/ride. He continues to say he doesn't know what your kind of bike is called in English and also that he would like to ride😅 it is funny because he is looking at his friends with a tone that suggests he won't be getting the chance to ride.
In the previous video I saw some trees which I thought it grows only in Ethiopia! (Papyrus tree) if I call it right. But Uganda has every kind of trees and very green
4:35 i think that is Ankole cow they are found in Uganda, Rwanda and some parts of Kagera region in Tanzania they are unique. Salaam from Dar es Salaam 🇹🇿🇹🇿
Welcome to Mubende Yves! I lived and worked there for 3 years and just recently moved back to Kampala but it was nice to see you braving the bad roads on this journey..part of the road from Mityana to Mubende is under construction so a mask would have been helpful to have for the dust as u saw. In Mubende there is a place called Nakayima Hill which is very very uptop and gives u a very nice and beautiful aerial view of the town. Am not sure u would be able to cycle up though since its a steep climb but thw road is very good. (Tarmacked) Cant wait to see you arrive in the cold and laso beautiful Fort Portal town.Cheers!
On 23/3/24 you posted an old video, and again today 27/3 someone wished you a happy new year, that means it’s an older video too, we have Easter Friday this week 🤔
The part where you were eating goat meat they were not talking about you. They were laughing at themselves for not being able to speak more english and then they talked about your bike. 😂
@Spyke_OGwhy steal his bike?! Ugandans are very friendly people and nobody would even be interested in stealing the bike of someone marketing their country.
@Spyke_OG they said it's a cool bike and would love to take it for a ride if given a chance . Naye that aside oli mbwa nyo for thinking that they wanted to steal it . Todamu tumanyira kuba tewala asinga bazungu bubi munsimuno . Sinikira muli ebinyo todamu tumanyira! Get someone for Translation !
@Spyke_OG Nein, das Fahhrad ist sehr eigenartig und keiner würde es sich wagen es zu klauen und fahren. Eigentlich viele Menschen in Uganda sind zufrieden mit dem was sie haben. So war ich zumindest erzogen.
Yea I don’t like soda much, but when I rode across the USA I drank soda abunch. It puts sugar back into your body so fast. It was 100 plus degrees on the east coast with over 100 percent humidity. So riding 60 to 80 miles a day fully loaded, takes a lot out of you. Soda is surprisingly good it situations like this.

Well... if you as a private person have the means to build a nice house, you certainly won't build it right on a dusty main road where it would quickly attract the attention of not so nice people.😆
Hey Yves, those guys when they say stand up they actually mean stop. Its a direct translation from their language which actually means stop but comes out different
Encore Bravo!
8:05 Yves is right, I hope young people grow out of sugary drinks habit, but us older people now exactly how good cold coca-cola feels on a hot summer day.
"Morning my friends" never gets old🇰🇪
😂 ye
Hopefully when hes done he makes some merch with that slogan! I’d buy that shirt!
I think from watching your videos that the nature in Uganda is very beautiful and worth visiting...the people are also nice and well behaved, which makes this country great...

Still can't get over how green Uganda is.
Same here. It is amazingly green!
Go to Rwanda, it's even greener.
Every country has its beauty and uniqueness. The problem with Africans they want to compete which country is better.
@@MaryMary-ci2ek Is that what you got from my comment? All I said is I love the greenery.

Baganda are peaceful people, even talking is peaceful.
The talk may be 'peaceful' but never the tone. Greeting a stranger with "What's wrong with you?" is definitely off.

Sooo much food in Uganda! And some stupid stereotype is seated somewhere thinking Africans are dying of hunger .
Imagine.
Yeah there’s never any famine in Africa 🤔

Thanks Yves.. That looked like another good, goat meat I must say...
Yes the meat looks yummy😂 he makes it as hungry, eating, fresh and organic meat

Mityana to Mumbende.... quite a distance on a bike.
The cows are known as the ‘Ankole Long Horned Cows’. Which are native and predominantly found in Western Uganda.
What is the price of that bike? I would love to buy one
good morning my friend . awesome
Uganda is more friendly n the mityana road was under repair, that's y it's the pearl of Africa.
