Correct!
I should have added that your singing was wonderful.
Where can this sheet music be obtained? Thank you.
here's a simplified version, on which Lvovsky based his version: www.podoben.org/files/2-12-2018---Now-the-Powers-of-Heaven---Drevni-Chant---Full-Score.pdf
Orthodoxy or death!
Was Jesus Christ Orthodox?
@@missasinenomine, such a stupid question. Jesus wasn't even a Christian. He was an Orthodox Jew. Church didn't exist at the time of His life on Earth.
@@alexs8335 Clearly you don't understand irony. There's no need to tell me this. Hence my (ironic) question. What do you mean by orthodoxy or death? That's a stupid thing to say, if anyone's being stupid. And please don't show your ignorance! Jesus CHRIST wasn't a CHRISTian? Pardon?
So Marx wasn't a Marxist? And Menno Simons wasn't a Mennonite?
Please, why can't we just listen to the beautiful music & refrain from posting mindless & provocative comments like you have.
@@missasinenomine, make an experiment: ask 10 people what religion of a man who was circumcised on the 8 day, attends a synagogue, obey the law of Mozes, celebrates Passover and other Jewish firsts. And let me know about what answers you have got.
@@alexs8335 Not necessary. Jesus of Nazareth was a Jew. The ONLY Jew who has ever kept the Law of Moses. He was the Jewish Messiah, the Christos, the Christ. He was & is Our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ. Believers & followers of Him are called Christians. Whether Orthodox, Catholic, Anglican, non-denominational, non-conformist, or any other.
Only Jesus Christ conquered death. Which is why I was puzzled by your comment, Orthodoxy or death. Do you mean by that that a non-orthodox Christian is NOT a Christian? That they are doomed to die eternally? They will not be saved? That seems to be what you are saying.
So beautiful, this liturgy, the church, the pictures, the choir...But regrettable in english, a horrible liturgic speech...
But for us in the USA it is the language of PRAYER - not PERFORMANCE!!
Yes, the people should only worship in a manner they do not understand. True worship is only when one is reenacting liturgy without true meaning...
