It looks like the repair tool only lists S1 variants as options in the dropdown. Does that matter or is it just Lumix taking a poll of which cameras have issues? Can any of them still work with the GH6?
Cards of this manufacturer receive fairly low quality ratings. This is not the fault of the camera, but the long access times to the card's memory. Transcend It's expensive but doesn't offer much. Has very slow memory access. After switching to sandisk v60 for 2 years I had no problem with files. Try a third-party card. If the situation repeats itself, it is the fault of the camera, if not the fault of your current card.
In my case it was with h.264 files, however I would guess that it’s the same for all codecs. As I understand it, It’s a case of the file not closing properly
Weird and unfortunate issue! You could try to test the card with an utility. I test all my cards with a PC software named: h2testw www.heise.de/download/product/h2testw-50539 It fill up the card with 1GB files, then read them all to check for error. Also it give you a good idea of the writting speed (of course it would also depend of the card reader).

So you are saying that there are no freee options to repair videos that got corrupted on a Mac computer? Iv been looking for some time now.
Hi! how much did treasured charge you?
It cost about £120 for the clip, which was about 10 minutes. This was in about 2018, so might be more expensive now

I’ve had years without issues using Transcend. I’ll most likely adopt recording to SSD when that becomes available. Thanks for watching
Does this happen with H264 and ProRes files?

New firmware has a file recovery tool built in to the camera
@@TheFilmmakersWorkshop Thanks!
What memory card were you using to cause that issue?
Transcend v90 64gb. Never had an issue. All I recording at 400mbps. This was a bit weird.
@@TheFilmmakersWorkshop yeah not sure Transcend is the best brand of card for high bitrate work.
@@EmberSkyMedia I’ve used the brand for years with no issue
