Anyone having an issue where when you try to get your account unbanned because someone decided to abuse the report system you just get a stupid bot reply from the blizzard support tickets, cause I’m dealing with it rn and I’m pissed lol I spent so much time and money into this game just to lose it all because of the moderation for the chat report system is broken.
Im on the same boat. I destroyed the enemy team and some guy (a smurf) was asking to 1v1 even sent me a friend request. I ignored it. Then my account got suspended. All i said was don't smurf if you're bad.
I am having that problem as of May 5th, 2024. It all started on April 29. Basically blizzard doesn’t care about you once you’re banned. I know it hurts since I’ve been playing Overwatch since the very first Christmas.
@@jaegerlord4186yeah overwatch absolutely sucks i got banned for something i did not even do, the enemy guy starts insulting us saying that we are bad and he had 0 deaths i said good for you and i get my account suspended it’s absolutely ridiculous and i cant comprehend why the support system is absolutely awful and unfair they dont even ban the actual cheaters on this game it’s infuriating
@@Hutalola as of recently I did get my account back but at a cost of everything. My skins, my icons and sprays are gone but it really sucks they don’t offer any form of compensation for real money spent.
I have the same problem bro it soooooooooooo annoying, because of all the reports I have been perm banned ( for hacks ?), I have no weird software on my pc, I play Hanzo and luck is real with him, I don't hack and will never do it, because of these players , it ruined my account that I have been grinding on for like 6 years now ... I spent so much of my time and money .. I don't know what to do, they left me on read after explaining everything in the supports section. hopefully, ill get an answer soon.
You think that's bad? Imagine getting hacked and the hacker uses cheats on your account and blizzard does nothing when there's a sign in from korea.Just to note i live in the states
@@jungregoire8740 yes i had to send my id tho but even without it i got emails to get my account back it just takes a while as long as you have receipts on either your bank or a receipt from email you should just get your account back

I also got hacked but blizzard won't do shit i got my account back but staying banned on a game i hadnt played in awhile.
Rip my brother i had to spend atleast 2/3 weeks trying to reach them until they responded and i got it back with purchase verification from 2017
