Specifically Lexington. They commission new ones every couple of years. Its quite difficult to actually get one to paint because theres so much competition. Its just called Horse Mania (source: I live in Lexington)
You should do that for the zillion Koala all over the east cost of Australia. You can see them from Brisbane, Gold Coast, Port Macquarie... and everywhere in between...
I mentioned it in another video of yours but Indiana had a similar thing when it celebrated its bicentennial. However instead of moose or cows, Indiana has a bunch of bison scattered across the state. What's even weirder is that some of the bison statues predate Indiana's bicentennial so I am not completely sure why they exist.
I think there was one (and not the Mountie Moose) that ended up on Lake Muskoka, either on Eilean Gowan or one of the islands around it. I remember seeing it while kayaking around there during the summer as a kid. On a somewhat related note, have you ever looked into the The Beast of Baxter Island? It's another statue on the lake. It probably wouldn't work as a full video but it might make an interesting Short.
In the UK we have a variety across the small country, Liverpool and Merseyside had superlambanana, penguins in another city, one with bears, if Brits could help add info to this please
In Kentucky, they have horses along the same lines (Horse Capitol of the World).

Same with Saratoga Springs, NY. Big horse racing scene there (which anyone into horse racing knows, while no one else even knows of Saratoga Springs)
