I could stay the whole Day observing birds And How they behave. I do that a lot with My cockatiel. It always calms me down. But birds of prey are in another level. Like, barn owls are a very sweet specie, also a little smaller Than some. But even with one, I had one in My arm when I got my first job, And I literally couldnt move. Even if it was domesticated. Slowly I got more comfortable And confident, but they do have a huge power at their claws. You gotta respect that. Theyre Not only cute but they are a little scary, but in a level Thats totally okay with me. I still dont like the fact they “vomit” part of their food, but even when doing that, if You dont open it, its quite beareble. The smell too of the cage is Not the best. But if you clean frequently, its cool. If I had more time And money I’d get one 100%
