For good health after 30: 1. Sleep well for 9 hrs (good sleep repairs damaged cells in body) 2. Yearly once health check up for - bp, sugar, cholesterol, thyroid, vitamin d, vitamin b12, stomach scan, liver & kidney functions, ecg, heamoglobin is must! 3. Eat balanced diet - rich in protiens, vitamin d , vitamin b1 to b12, ( do not eat same type of food everyday) 4. While cooking , use less oil, less sugar, less salt and less spice - by doing so bp, thyroid, cholestrol and gastritis problems will be reduced. 5. Eat more vegetables & fruits daily & weekly twice non- veg for protein & natural vitamin d & b12 . 6. In a week - need to eat atleast 50 different kinds of food items in daily diet - example 20 types of fruits, 50 kinds of vegetables, egg & non veg too.. 7. By eating natural different kind of foods( homemade) flora in our digestive system will become well & good bacteria in our stomach acts like a second brain in our body which give good health for long without diseases. 8. Never eat junk food & outside unclean food- it may contain bad bacteria like E.coli( very dangerous for digestive system) 9. If all vitamins in body is fine - then 90% health will be good. ನಾವು 28 ಕಂಪ್ಲೀಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಿವಿ ಸರ್ .ಆದರೆ ಕೆಲಸದ ಅನುಭವ ಆಪರೇಟರ್ ಆಗಿನೇ ಇದ್ದೀವಿ..ಇಷ್ಟು ದಿನ ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸಿದ ಅಪ್ಪ ಅಮ್ಮ ನಾ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಚಾಗಿರ್ಲಿಲ್ಲ ಅವ್ರನ್ನ ನೋಡ್ಕೊಳ್ತಾ ಹತ್ತಿರದ ಕಂಪನಿಗೆ ಹೋಗ್ತಾ ಬರ್ತಿದ್ವಿ ಆದ್ರೆ ಈಗ ಕಾರಣಾಂತರದಿಂದ ತಿರ್ಕೊಂಡರು ...ಈಗ ಒಂಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಬದುಕುತ್ತೀನಿ ವಯಸ್ಸು 28 ದಾಟಿದೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಯೋಜನೆ ಇದೆ ಮದುವೆ ನು ಇಲ್ಲ ಯಾಕಂದ್ರೆ ಜೀವನ ಹೇ ನೆಲೆಸಿದೆ ಆಗಿಲ್ಲ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮಾಡಿನೋಡಿದ್ರೆ ನೀನು ಹೇಳೋದನ್ನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಜೊತೆಗೇ ಒಂದೂ ಒಳ್ಳೆ ಸಜೆಶನ್ ರಿಪ್ಲೈ ಮಾಡಿ ಸರ್..ಈಗ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ಇದ್ದೀವಿ ಕೆಲ್ಸ ಈಗ ಸದ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಇಲ್ವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.😢
