    Thank you for the tutorial , saw it on instagram and had to know how to make one. It’s so cute and if my procrastination doesn’t mess me up I think it’ll look cute in pink (btw your voice is so nice and soft it was making me feel sleepy😂).

    that was my first crochet project and i am very happy of how it turned out. I just kind of messed up the sewing part of the wing and the whole band but i am proud of myself thank you very much !!!
    i will try to do it again when i'll have more skills :)

    Friendly tip! I assembled and sewed the wings all together, then used UHU glue to stick it on the headband. Make sure you let it completely dry before checking if it needs more glue.
    Pro: less sewing
    Con: no redos, gotta be 100% on the placement.

    I haven’t crocheted in a really long time, but I dug out my old hooks that I used when I did the rubber band bracelets and stuff. They’re 1/9-5.50MM, will that size still work for this project?

      It depends on what yarn will you use) choose the yarn which suits to your hook size)The thinner the yarn, the smaller the hook and everything will work)

    Mine came out quite rectangular whereas yours looks a little bit more rounded, what should I do to circumvent this rectangular shape in your opinion?

      I have the same issue and for what I understood from another comment (and by watching really slowly the video) the first loop after the chain 1 should be a slip stitch like for the left wings.

      @@searat987 I think naturally it does come out more boxy but if you are careful with what type of yarn (not too thick not too thin) you're using and what hook (3 mm all the way till 6 mm) then it comes out a little bit better once you sew it together

    This tutorial is wonderful! I’m just confused about the yarn weight. It looks to be possibly a dk or light worsted, but I can’t find any info online about it (I’m in the US) I saw you said it’s a 4-5ply in another comment, but the number of plys wouldn’t indicate the yarn size so I’m a bit confused 😅 I really want to make this patter though! It’s super cute 💚💚

      Thank you! Actually I don’t know for sure what size of this yarn, cause I always watch to grams and meters😅 and guided by them) so this yarn in 150gr - 263metres )

      I just searched really quick and a 4-ply yarn is equivalent to a size 2 or sport weight yarn. So I'm guessing anything like a size 2 or 3 weight yarn should work for this. Hope this helps!

      She shows it in the video. Just follow the whole tutorial. She shows you one wing then the next.

    I’m having trouble with the wings. My regular one comes out perfect but when I do the other side with the increase it looks all blocky. I remade them 4 times and idk what I’m doing wrong.

      I recommend you to make the increase loop a little bit bigger, and when you go down don’t miss the very first loop

      @@ww-gb7qh hi :) so when crocheting the other side of the wing you chain one before grabbing the loops. I didn’t realize that you need to grab the back loop from the chain one to count at your first loop on the hook. Hope that helps :)

      @@ww-gb7qh yes, you do, if you want the same size as mine? you need to make less chain then I did. If you make everything as I did but with 5mm hook and thicker yarn you will have just bigger size of the headband)

      The left and right wing's calculation isn't matching. I found one loop difference 🥲Also the slip stitch on the outer part on the wings doesn't seem the same everywhere. I redid it twice and still the same. @@wonder_netting
