    Amazing workout! Really challenging, which is what you need when you've been exercising for some time. Abs are tighter, core is stronger...getting there slowly but surely! Thanks Josephine and Gymra for the fantastic and varied workouts.

    Great Ab workout to do indoor or outdoors on Mat. She offers modifications and does not spend too much time explaining each move which is great! I cannot stand when there is lag time between exercise moves. Although the word INSANE is used in title I believe that most people would be able to conquer this video and feel great afterword. Now if only I was doing this workout at a beach and not in city Apartment!

    Great workout. Looks difficult but she breaks them down in a way that makes them do-able. Plus she gives a short break between each workout. Love it!

    I really enjoyed this workout! There were many new ab exercises that I've never done before. I found them challenging but they were broken down and each exercise had enough rest time that it was do able! I will keep coming back to this video :)

    I have been searching for an intense ab workout that really makes my muscles scream. I have an endomorph body so it's very difficult for me to lose weight around my stomach. I think I finally found the insane abs and obliques routine that will improve my core and stability. Thank you. I was sweating like a waterfall.

    I like the Pilates pike or V-sit as a repetition using the concentric / eccentric muscle contraction... vs... the static hold of a isometric contraction.

      I did it, and it was definitely extreme, but in a good way:) I was able to keep up thankfully, and I will be doing this workout again. This is definitely a results driven workout! Enjoyed it a lot

      Same! I had to stop the leg circles because of the popping! The reverse ones were fine though
