Great Ab workout to do indoor or outdoors on Mat. She offers modifications and does not spend too much time explaining each move which is great! I cannot stand when there is lag time between exercise moves. Although the word INSANE is used in title I believe that most people would be able to conquer this video and feel great afterword. Now if only I was doing this workout at a beach and not in city Apartment!

I like the Pilates pike or V-sit as a repetition using the concentric / eccentric muscle contraction... vs... the static hold of a isometric contraction.

I did it, and it was definitely extreme, but in a good way:) I was able to keep up thankfully, and I will be doing this workout again. This is definitely a results driven workout! Enjoyed it a lot
