Ghana is not a country, Ghana is home. It is a place where everybody comes and feels at home no matter your skin color or country.
Love all the Ghana 🇬🇭 reactions 🌟❤️💛💚🖤
Somewhere between 6 months and 2 years old, you begin to eat whatever your parents are eating. My mom recently told me how I would only eat spicy food but then cry afterwards because it was so hot! As an adult, I'm addicted to spicy food.
Sameee😂😂😂😂
Eating on that leave is very healthy ❤❤❤ these local foods from the local places are the best and healthy ❤. You should try it when you come to Ghana 🇬🇭
We start eating spicy foods from our early age and with the banks you can eat with different kinds soup, like peanut soup or groundnut soup or palm nut soup or pepper sauce .🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭
We Ghanaians are naturally welcoming, reserve, layback, hard working but not aggressive, we take things one step at a time , lastly very peaceful ❤❤❤❤❤🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭
I have been seeing u more on tiktok
I love what you guys are doing. Keep it up.
Love from Ghana 🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭
Dammmnnn am going to Ghana. Those foods looks amazing. Am here salivating 😋😋... And the people, they are sooo friendly. Am sure gonna go there soon.
Yes we call that donuts boflot in Ghana 🇬🇭, we actually have two types..... and these are all our local snacks
Most of the snacks in this videos can also be found in Naija.. From baba dudu, dankwa, kokoro and wara (frid cheese) We practically eat similar foods too.. Big ups😊
That's why Ghana and Nigeria are One big family...
That's why Ghana and Nigeria are One big family...
I think it was brought to Nigeria by Ghana though. I'm a Nigerian by the way.
From kenya here love the look of that food especially the soup. In kenya we eat that with ugali but I think Banku seems better than ugali
We heard ugali is the only heavy food for kenyas. Something like fufu or banku. Much ❤ to u our Kenya brothers.
Ugali is like a stable food here for the people from the volta part of Ghana. We call it 'Apkle*
With the bofrot we have two types. We have this type and the one which is like a doughnut. 🇬🇭🇬🇭
Botfrot is coined from boat-float , when the dough is tossed into hot oil it floats immediately and hence botfrot 😂
Shout outs to Nima. I went to school in nima. And live right across the gutter that seperate nima and Newtown. The lady did amazingly. Showing the grassroots of accra. ❤
Thats Mark Weinns... Hiss stay in Ghana is about 5 or 6 episodes. This is Accra and he travelled to other parts of ghana.. Very beautiful and educative... Recommended.. He travels to a lot of countries and samples their cuisine... I m sure he's conquered the whole world..
Bofrot is like a bit chewy donut almost like a sandwich bread but but more crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and also sweet
I think it is worth noting that the price of everything went up after the video was posted. e.g. the egg snack is now 2.5 - 3 cedis depending on where you are buying it.
Ghana 🇬🇭 ❤️ ♥️
The spices here are plant based and nature's herbs with a lovely smell...🇬🇭
I like Mark Wiens. He's the only westerner or nonblack person that I've seen interact positively with African food and culture. He's so polite and he's honest too. If he loves something he says it and if he doesn't he says it too. But he's so courteous. Kudos to the lovely lady who showed him around. She did an amazing job too and I loved her pride in her country and its food.
I really enjoyed his Ghana and Senegal series.
Come to Ghana and enjoy with the locals
When it comes to street food, Ghana is on top there... I was salivating whilst I was watching even though I've already watched it before
Beans and red plantain aka Red Red or Gob3, Gob3 ,Gob3, Gob3 👍👏🙌💃💃💃 a balanced diet 👍. @6:15 don't brake your teeth oooo, Blaa😅😅😅😂.16:49 Tiger nuts, is mostly grown in my Hometown (Aduamoah Kwahu)
Those green peppers in the okra soup is not meant to be eaten by the mouth even if you need more of the peppers you have to crush it in the soup before eating.. it's used to garnish the soup..i saw him eating them in the mouth and it could disturb 🇬🇭
The ghanian bofrot is a large verison Of a plain Donut hole with less surgar and a hint of nutmag
🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭Yes Ghanaians are Naturally Welcome because we believe in treating strangers right in our Culture Cux Nobody knows Tomorrow 🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭Feel at Home when you come 🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭❤️💕❤️
The soups are made with pepper, nions, & tomatoes as the base, and the actual flavors like if it's groundnut/peanut butter paste, paln kennel from palm tree, or Kontomire (Ghanaian huge leaf spinash from Cocoyam tuber crop...etcetera...helps to determine the type of soup it's going to be.
All soups come with spices, and Ghana is known for flavors, herbs, seeds, and traditionally made spices used in making food in general. It is the best...
In Ghana we do soups alot. A day without soup is like not eating the whole day.
I love the peanut soup mixed with okra
Writer Kofi Akpabli has even written a book on soups
There's a part 2&3 of this video
Love u guys by the way❤💯
One vedor said *bibiaa wo be t)* 😂😂
Meaning** he is definitely going to buy everything**😂
Plantains with beans taste very good 🇬🇭
we start eating spices from infancy. And we eat what everybody is eating. no time to cook separately for everyone. lol
I'm a Ghanaian who was born and raised outside of Ghana and when I go to Ghana, my weakness is the street food. I love it, but the food doesn't love my foreign gut and within 24 hours I have the runs lol. But the taste and the flavors almost make it worth it. SO I'm curious to see the state this BRONI will be in the next day lol
I am a Ghanaian is one of our values that we cherish much if u are not wearing smiling face u are seen within the society as wicked man
Y'all are in Dallas coooool... Hope to see u guys one day.
Beautiful vid ❤️
True. Ghanaians are always welcoming and not rude. ❤
IN GHANA SOUP IS HEALTHIER THAN STEW ,SO IT MOSTLY CONTAINS HERBS IN THE FORM OF SPICES
Y'all should go to Togo when you visit Ghana is right next to it😂😂😂. I mess all those soups
We'll keep this in mind when planning.
@@TheDemouchetsREACT I recommend sweet Adele 's youtube when you want try making Ghanaian cuisine
The joy on this brother’s face gives me freaking happiness.. Brodie bro having a great time eating everything😂😂
😂😂😂 literally everything
Plantain and beans, it is called red red. Try it when you visit and thank me later.
We are welcoming people in Ghana and Alkebulan in genreal which is good. But we are a little bit too welcoming that is why they colonized and manipulat us. We give western people too Easy access to us. Love you videos 💕
Yeah it's made like cornbread the only difference is cornbread is baked and bofrots are fried
🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭❤️❤️❤️❤️
Peanut,mazie and our local species
Bofrot is called puff puff in Nigeria
And it’s called Magwinya in South Africa or vetkoek in Afrikaans (fat cakes)
What's the name of the restaurant? ?
What the mixed it with is powder cassava .
ONE REASON OF EATING IN THAT LEAVES CONCERNS ABOUT HOW HEALTHIER IT IS RATHER THAN EATING HOT FOOD IN PLASTIC BOWL
GH 🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭
When you reach 6 months you literally can eat everything anything but it must be balanced diet (6 months to 2 year old..
Banku is very sour,so if you trying any of the "Swallows" I recommend Fufu (smooth and is like mashed potato but in a dough form)..
Plantains and Beans the combination is addictive..
Thank you for your love ❤️
we love spices. literally everything we eat here has some form of spice 😂😂😂😂😂😂
it's like a donut taste but the sugar is regulated off the memory but a bit different. The okra soup is spicy, most west African food are spicy.
Omg he was chewing the banku😂😂😂
Because of the trade the population is ever so mixed very few “pure breeds” so Ghanaian food includes every influence from around the area … they exclude no influence…
We don't chew banku rather we swallow. Chewing will give an odd taste
she really exposed him to alot of goodies
The thing is; you don't wanna see an angry Ghanaian. That person will just give to you wotowoto and go his/her way
Time to change "Road to 100K" to "... to 250K"!
Typo. Thanks fam.
I look that food fufu
Red Red!!!
The beans and plantains would cost just $2 and not $17
No😂
Oh! Y'all don't measure? we don't measure too, we just cook off the memory in Nigeria too In Nigeria, we do it differently but we don't mix cassava powder in it though.
Lovely ❤❤👌
I will classify bofrot as a pastry
👍🔥
When are y’all dropping?
This man can't go back to American food after this
Good job thank you
Remember the land where ghana is was once the center of the slave trade and as a survival instinct the people smile weven while suffering… the enslaved who wore a smile in the USA never were threatening so they lived to tell the story
🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🧆🥙🥗
Don’t worry, it’s not soup in the way we would think in the west
If you have a Ghanaian soup I guess you would love soup because that’s the real deal, a lot of Ghanaians won’t call what Americans call soup soup 😂, I never understood how you can have noodles in a soup.
Noodles in soup? The only noodles in soup recipe we know of is chicken noodle soup.
@@TheDemouchetsREACT yes that’s what I meant 😄, noodles should never be part in a soup
@@TheDemouchetsREACT love ur videos ,if u are intersted in cooking ghanéen foods u should check out NANAABA'S KITCHEN here on RUclips she is very good at her craft and she is also ghanéen living in the US i believe. Lots of love from ghana's neighbour TOGO living in france.❤
We like spicy foods. Nigerians always complain when they eat our foods. So spicy
Hi femilly 🙏✋
24:40 That is puff-puff, like fried dough.
It's called bofrot in Ghana... We have two types of bofrot
never chew your banku, just swallow it
Yes ma'am eat that black eyes peas with garri and Zomi palm oil yum yummmmm
I eat banku with spoon, lol.
Gob3 the all savior 😂
💦🌾🌽🌾🐦🐓🙏Please pleasess
The whole Internal human beings Living the lifestyle 🎉when u talk about SOUPS is NANA AMMA GHANA MOTHER LAND iss the first ORIGINALLY 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🇬🇭🙏☝️🌍)reply thanks
Nice video 😊😊😊❤❤❤
Wow, the woman insulted them (foolish people) in 12:57. She dislikes the fact that they make videos of them for free and earn from it. And she instructed them, not to tape her products. She is too old for such pettiness.
