Somewhere between 6 months and 2 years old, you begin to eat whatever your parents are eating. My mom recently told me how I would only eat spicy food but then cry afterwards because it was so hot! As an adult, I'm addicted to spicy food.

I like Mark Wiens. He's the only westerner or nonblack person that I've seen interact positively with African food and culture. He's so polite and he's honest too. If he loves something he says it and if he doesn't he says it too. But he's so courteous. Kudos to the lovely lady who showed him around. She did an amazing job too and I loved her pride in her country and its food.
I really enjoyed his Ghana and Senegal series.

The soups are made with pepper, nions, & tomatoes as the base, and the actual flavors like if it's groundnut/peanut butter paste, paln kennel from palm tree, or Kontomire (Ghanaian huge leaf spinash from Cocoyam tuber crop...etcetera...helps to determine the type of soup it's going to be.
All soups come with spices, and Ghana is known for flavors, herbs, seeds, and traditionally made spices used in making food in general. It is the best...

I'm a Ghanaian who was born and raised outside of Ghana and when I go to Ghana, my weakness is the street food. I love it, but the food doesn't love my foreign gut and within 24 hours I have the runs lol. But the taste and the flavors almost make it worth it. SO I'm curious to see the state this BRONI will be in the next day lol
