I miss growing up in Ho Volta Region of Ghana where as kids we could pluck mangoes and oranges along the streets at we walked home from school. The fruits were all over the place especially the mango trees. It was beautiful

This archaeological was discovered in the colonial Times. A map of it is at the archaeology department at University of Ghana. Studying at the department we were told anthropology was key to exploitation of the natural resources of a people so this department was set up as the first department of the university and it was found out pre historic men existed there . The Artifacts found there are at the depatmets museum for display. Dr Sammy Akuban can be contacted for more details.
Coming up as a kid, that's how we used to get mangoes from a tree. We always had that one ripe mangoe up there that we would prefer throwing stones at. In the process, we would bring down some unwanted green mangoes until our target is finally aimed at.🤣🤣
