Man I can resonate with your story. When I was 23 my first gf and love which we were together for 3.5 years, basically left me for a guy from her university class. What made things much worse for me I continued to stay in contact with her while she was sleeping with this guy, which I found out after. I was totally gutted. I wasn't suicidal exactly but there was one night late I drove past her place and saw his car there. I was so angry and raged I was going to drive my car into her bedroom which was at the front of the house but I'm glad I didn't. It took me months and a trip to the US helped, but eventually the pain subsided and I felt like a person again. Oh and I regret not deleting her on Facebook from day one, that was just extra torture I put myself through. Fast forward to today I have a beautiful son and a loving partner that I've been with almost 10 years.
Glad you learnt that experience early on so you get to remember the signs of women and how the love men. I unfortunately, learnt this lesson later in my adult life and I have children with my first love or rather first serious long relationship. I’m healed now and moved on from her, unfortunately, I cannot move on cleanly and have children with her. So we see each other quite a fair bit. I strictly keep it about the kids with her. But I would have loved to never interact with her ever again.
Dating or falling love is an exciting but dangerous game. Because we can receive lot of great feeling. So we can not avoid to be heart broken. I can not afford heart broken. So I don't dating for a long long time. I think I am weak and I want to be stronger and stronger each day. P.S.: One day when you don't relate your personal life to the fault of your parents' relationships and the time they attending to you. You will be free and you will have a big jump up to your new life and even stronger than ever! Or you put your feet to their shoes to think that they must have had do great effort and they have their own difficulties and hardship. Thank you! 🙏
When I talk with younger people (I am over 40 now) like children or youths, I always try to tell them one thing, that you can only know through lifes experience: Anything will end. No matter what it is. You are in pain and in trouble and it looks and feels like the end of the world. But you know what? It will end. I have been in numerous bad situations and some were horrible or very dangerous or just destructive in a slow and evil way. But you know what? There is always a way out and anything, every situation EVERYTHING will end. It will be over and you will be OK. Just stay another day. Stay until the morning. Stay because someone in the world wants you and will accept you. And someone in the world wants to love you or really does already love you.
I honestly feel like you’re being too anxious about the possibility of your partner being unfaithful. If you go into every situation looking for anything that causes you doubts then you will find it. I would take some time to make sure you’ve healed that sort of yourself, and ensure your not carrying this trauma into your relationships
Yea I experienced this similar issue growing up too Tough love Chinese parents . I don’t think it’s good and causes low self Esteem and bitter anger towards them I ended up not telling them much and till today I still don’t Just keep it vague and short n sweet and lie too 😅 I’m 40 now too btw You don’t have tell everybody everything. I want peace of mind and keep me sane
I can sincerely say that I’ve been on both sides of the spectrum…my heart has been broken several times and I’ve broken a few hearts and neither are enjoyable experiences but we grow and learn from them. I’ve brought up the loss of my wife to cancer in a previous video so might I add this twist in having a broken heart in this manner. I thought it was unbearable…the loneliness, the emptiness and the feeling I had that very first night going to bed without my wife beside me is indescribable. To shed light on this tragedy, I became a stronger individual…life happens and I can say that I’m prepared 🙏
Am relate to your video I was LDR dating for 3 YEARS.The guy I was dating is taking me for granted of my kindness .He was disappears when I say No what he wanted to take from me.Like pay his internet bills 😅 What did you think about like that person?
If you love someone, especially the opposite sex , she occupied a part in your heart, you would experience the pain of emptiness and disconnect when she leave you, it happened to me too , but I studied philosophy, religion and psychology which helped me a lot 😂
You can’t force love It has to natural and mutual. That’s why people date multiple people and don’t stick to just one unless it’s exclusive . Even when it’s exclusive I know few who like to check out the greener grass at times too lol
What would you do if you was in my place my dad has like 9 step brothers and sister he always hated them they had to wear same clothes for like 4 years they moved to uk I mean they were born in uk went to Bangladesh for few years my dad beat up my step mom soo much that she became mental so he would to take care all of them before he married my mom all of this happened same shit with us ohh I also forget to tell you he also had another wife 2 children before he married my step mom they abandoned him because of his behaviour after that when my step mom became mentally unstable he married my mom he also abused me a lot when I was young I moved to uk when I was 10 iam going to be 18 this year didn’t see my mom for like 6 years now he is getting old like he is 66 now he is soo kind he treats me soo well I told my mom I ain’t taking shit why should I take care of him I don’t care brother he has like 11 children if they are not taking care of him why me he didn’t give me any other different life than theirs you know 😅 life is hard iam going to leave him I don’t care my mental peace is more important than this Bs family sometimes your family will destroy your life
