This was the most intense GM style mission I and a buddy ever ran alongside people since D2 dropped, personally. We got to the end and lost a ton of revives, then there was only 3 guardians left during the final damage phase. Then only two were left alive, no revives. One of those two decided to get cocky and emote , getting caught in the blades/gears the Witness shoots and died. The final guardian, with the Witness having i'd guess 35% health left, fought solely with an AR and a Fusion rifle solely alongside abilities , for what i'd say was 30+ minutes while dodging the attacks and beat it for all of us. AND we only had 9 guardians almost instantly from the jump as 3 people quit out / got booted. I saved the clip as dude became legend on that day! Lol

GM Excision is some of the most fun I’ve had in this game. That said, if it didn’t have that failsafe after the third damage phase, we wouldn’t have cleared it.

The best part of this was those of us who know calling out SirD's epic loadout in Cross' chat before this even started and then calling for Outlander when they needed someone to fill out the team, lol.

"A CHAMPION IS NO LONGER VULNERABLE".........I loading up Grandmaster Excision 5 minutes after it dropped and beat it the 1st fire team finder team I was in (We had a few sweaty 11's that brought us from the brink like 3 times with revives all over the place). Tried a few times since beating it and havnt finished it since. Thank God for those sweaty 11's who got the job done or else I may not be sitting pretty with my Transcendent title right now. This shit is no joke.

Lost a solo flawless run to this in Warlords Ruin. Your helion attacking with its orb blocked and ate your grenade launcher's shot. Very fun mechanic, which the speaker's sight helmet shares.

I did this first try with 11 other randoms in the lfg discord. It was a mess, it was a struggle, we took forever inbetween damage phases, people were fighting over rez tokens, but got dayum we did it. Since this released I've gotten my motorcycle license, bought a bike (250r), been riding it around town, started working out at a local gym and stopped playing video games altogether. Happier than I've ever been.

We have a pretty small clan in terms of experience and OGs, even sometimes kinda hard to find our 6th for a raid. We got the OG6 together and 6 manned it. This was the most fun we had in the last few years.
This season is much harder. Even the strikes will have your armour cookin.

Ran GM Excision with my clan a couple days ago. We completed it, and it was fairly smooth, but I'll be happy to never to run it again, lol.
