- The Euphony new raid exotic linear fusion rifle from the Salvation's Edge in The Final Shape is absolutely insane for boss DPS in endgame PVE activities. This new exotic is going to be talked about for years to come. Here's my full exotic review of this newcomer.

This weapon slaps on prismatic warlock. Spirit of osmiomancy + Spirit of verity, weaver's call, feed the void and a demo + desperate measures pro memoria.
why would you not just use normal verity's at that point? Osmiomancy spirit is just worse for that.
@@WGG-01 Osmio on threadling nades can easily give you back 60% or more grenade energy, with devour, facet of balance and a couple kills.
@rodrigomack13 that makes sense. I assumed it worked like other nades where it caps at like 20ish on a single target. But since it is 3 I guess it gives more. That is pretty cool.
Feel free to correct me, but isn't saying that Euphony spawns 3 hatchlings from each burst just... wrong? The Destiny Data Compendium says it takes 6 hits in a short time to spawn a pack of 3 threadlings, and even in the gameplay at 6:30, after a full magazine, the weapon is only at 5 stacks of spindle, rather than the supposed 18 stacks. It's still an excellent weapon, but it *needs* the headstart via threadling nades / needlestorm to have a chance at hitting 25 stacks on a boss.
You’re right it’s every other burst
Every other burst. However against flying targets the threading fall too fast and don't pop on target

I only just noticed this today but the barrel of euphony is 2 of the witness’ hands clasped together.
Hope you notice that he also has a hand that hold up the gunsights

Yeah his footage is clearly showing threadings don't spawn every burst against the Witness, so the maths is wrong 100%
I loved Horde Shuttle from last season, I was so sad that it left us and we didn't get a fragment that would help it live on, but once I saw what this thing's perks were I knew I had to have it, thank god I got it quick. I love it, and there may never be a day where I take it off my Warlock.
Got euphony on my 2nd run and I can't wait for warlock builds with this
The colouring made me think of spawn
I use a Cataphract with ALH + Cascade Point and an Indebted Kindness with Permeability so I can abuse Harmonic Siphon and the triple surges but tbh you don´t even need an add clear weapon with the amount of treadlings and tangles you can create

I got this last Monday. Been using it ANYTIME it makes sense to use. Ganna be my go to exotic for dmg on any boss like oryx, ir yut, last dungeon bosses, etc. Having a special that lets me do boss dmg makes my heavy whatever i want.
As a warlock you got me FOAMING AT THE MOUTH for this gun lol😂

Same. I think it was a small mercy since I mostly got armor drops up to that point.
I find it to be really good with apotheosis veil as well as swarmers. But veil is better for me
Pairing this with a Marcato-45 machine gun with enhanced demolitionist and hatchling has some nice synergy 💚. I basically never reload the lmg.
I hate needing to switch off prismatic just so my threadlings are worth using for damage
If you can get star eater and apothesis on the class item it is supposed to out damage being on strand with euphony
@@sQuaTsiFieD star eaters doesn’t give the buff to the threadlings spawned from the super which do most of the supers damage so star eaters would be equal to running thread of evolution which would then buff your threadling nade as well then apotheosis would do the same stuff really so not much would change other than you can get a few better fragments on strand and aspects that summon more threadlings on strand so it’s a bit better

My new favorite weapon. Just did 6.5 mil using it (and supers) vs the Witness.
I’m hoping it drops as well, I’m only 6 clears in, so not too deep, let’s hope it drops before 25, (more realistically probably gonna be between 40 and 50 runs, but I have a few drop boosters, so that should count as well)
Three of the six people in my raid group got it last night... I was not one of them LOL
Had a run where 4 of us got it, one of the others already had it and the last guy wasn't happy 😂

could you make a video of your warlock build that you use with the Euphony
Got mine on Thu night and been trying to get a Warlock strand build to work with it, and the DPS just feels kinda disappointing. Also pretty hard to rebuild nade energy without using a demo weapon, as you need your hatchling nade up as much as possible to get the stacks for Euphony damage. Apotheosis seems best, but what this needs is an exotic class item with Apotheosis and Star Eater, so your needlestorm does more damage, spawns threadings, you throw a nade, more threadings, fire, more threadings, throw a nade, fire, throw a nade until Apotheo runs out.
Ive hit 8.5 mill on euphony, you need the apoth build to really make euph shine

The navigator was the last exotic weapon I was excited for. We have amplified from ex dris, woven mail from the navigator and devour from buried bloodline. Wheres our new frost armor weapon, there's always been a weapon to tie into the subclass verb. Wheres the frost armor gun bungie
With them having changed stasis to have frost armor it may take a while to get one that properly integrates frost armor into an exotic perk

@@coinisinorbit it added headstone.. and stasis shards come back to overfill the magazine .. it might do one other thing but I don’t want to overhype it.. but it’s a real good gun once masterworked.. and now I think the catty drops randomly during ritual playlists

My problem was surges. I can make an lfg for master challenges in crotas end and get em done. I have a good eye for good players depending on what they run for mods, exotics, if they got a solo flawless dungeon emblem, etc.
Problem was with the raid being timed and hard to learn on top of surges ppl weren't good enough to do the raid under those conditions. Now its a lot better making without surges.
Imagine a special weapon that out does most heavy weapons. Oh yeah still hunt exists and you pretty much get it for free
still hunt isnt that great on any class but hunters so its nice to have a second option

It’s legit a Warlock exotic lol just like Still hunt. Performs best on a certain class. Other then that it’s useless
i am getting pretty sick of Bungie mainly favoring Warlocks and hunterss... This exotic is practically made for Warlocks considering they have Swarmers for example. This is basically useless as a titan...
Navigator is basically only useful on titan, so what bro.
