as a survivor main, chaos shuffle made playing killer a lot more fun for me. it also made me realize that i rely HEAVILY on my perks when i play survivor, and that i don't even know what half of the other perks are. great video!!
Chaos shuffle is the single best way to play DbD hands down (for me)
you get perks you don't own, you learn about perks, you don't face the same perks over and over again, so you don't have to bring the strongest perks every game too
I really like chaos shuffle, as someone who's getting back into the game after 2 years with only 1.7k hours, it helps shake the rust off real fast when i can't kick back and have slowdown do the work for me and instead have to lock in every match! It's also super fun too

The game mode gave me a sleeper Nemi build.

Hex is passive chase tool, but nothing super demanding to cleanse. If they do, its more of a waste of time and gives the chance for my zombies to do things
-Cruel limits acts as a strong chase tool that helps me and my zombies
-Furitive chase, makes me "randomly" stealthy for "unknown" reasons. Which works suprisingly well with knockout.
-Knockout lets me leave the downed person to possibly sneak up on someone, or defend my totem.
-Purple zombie speed with red zombie speed add ons to always keep pressure
As someone who plays both sides, I'd say this was an equally enjoyable experience, due to both of them being frustrating 7/10, while the other 30% went so well that somewhat nullified my annoyance of the 70% of frustration.
Killerplay in shuffle was pretty funny for me... So many perks that i usually never use... 😂 But it was fun indeed...
This mode is so underrated. Survivors are finally understanding how much they rely on perks, and how much the killers have worked to get where they are
Don't get me wrong, I respect survivors who can do it without perks. Props to them. But those who rely really need to learn how to properly play, or at least find a style that helps their side. Even if it's being the gen jocky from hell
I’m not saying you’re wrong, however Killers also rely on perks. The game as a whole is horrible unbalanced for both sides.
I wish killers got the same understanding but most who have no idea how to actually play are just doing the same old garbage of tunneling and camping. It’s a good mode but it highlights problems on both sides.
@@ZombieMinion1992 fr. And they'll never change until they get stomped hard enough, but a lot of them deal with the negative of being stomped by camping and tunneling
Killers also rely on perks aswell, this is why i see alot of tunneling, slugging, and camping. They don't feel confident in themselves. I played killer on this mode and to me it was easier on killer.

The best thing about this mode is you aren't constantly up against extremely sweaty killers it's all very even
i love chaos shuffle so much 😭
One of the things I loved the most about Chaos Shuffle is it forced people to try off meta shit. It made people experience new things, and it was nice not seeing the same ten perks on recycle. Brought some fresh air into the game and i hope it added some perks to peoples builds that they previously never really tried.
The gamemode seems so fun, I'm happy we get to see bhvr do some new cool stuff
It must be nice playing chaos shuffle and knowing all the perks. Im playing and crapping myself each time my character takes off at mach 10 for no apparent reason
Chaos shuffle made me realize that there are actually a lot of objectively good perks out there, but the reason people don't run them more is because they're either too map-dependent or too inconsistent. For example, cruels limits can be super good when it works as shown in your first match of this video, but if you have a map with a million pallets, such as Gideon's Meat Plant, or if you just can't find someone within the time that the windows are blocked, then it's gone to waste and that slot would have been better filled by something more consistent such as the myriad of gen regression perks.
this game mode got me back into playing dbd after about 4 months off. I love doing random builds so in a way this game mode is how i play dbd but with perks I would not think of using. And I cannot wait until the new killer and survivour to come out (I am more exited since there is a bard elf which is what I play in d&d)

I hope they bring this game mode back, so much fun not having to worry about sweaty meta perks all the time

Bloodhound on Twins is SUPER funny since Victor has that baked in. You got robbed at shack with that one pounce tho, for real.
Advice for survivors: When we Killers break a pallet, don't stay and try to blind us. It costs you time and doesn't do anything: When blinded, you are shown the direction of the survivor's footsteps and you before being blinded, you saw what the map behind the survivor looks like.
Blinding time is too short to confuse a killer and footsteps indicator prevents us from losing you.
That's why he saied it's not intelligent to try and blind him on a pallet. You gift him the time you just took from him. It's as if you never got the pallet stun in the first place. Convert the time gained into distance gained. Much more useful than any blind.
50:10 Interesting, I just noticed that while you are remote viewing through your pods as Singularity it counts as standing still for purposes of Insidious. (If you watch the hud you'll notice the Insidious icon lights up while Singularity views remotely with pod.)
I don't know off-hand if there's a fun build you could do around that, but at the very least it could mean survivors get confused where you are if you stand still and use the pods for more than 2 seconds.
I only got to play this game mode on the last full day but it was so fun as killer. I got a lot of fun perk combinations
I’m here to watch the 70 minutes of chaos shuffle, but I find myself talking back to you when you’re having conversations in chat about being fat on the couch and yelling at sports players lol! That is called being a couch coach.

I mean sure but those were pretty nomal orbitals all things considered and he messed up a bunch of easy short distance hits, not that I'm calling spooky a bad killer, but it's aight to not be good at every killer
Chaos Shuffle is a fantastic mode to play killers you wouldn't normally play.

That actually looks pretty fun and I would've liked to have watched you stream it. I deleted Twitch unfortunately. I caught a few streamers spying on me through my old PS3 camera it was creepy! I actually deleted DBD as well because I fell victim to that old DDOS shenanigans I was being pulled into lobbies and getting straight tunneled they were ruining every single game. Even as killer they were just hiding ruining my games. You know what that's like. Twas unbearable
I’m not gonna lie, Chaos Shuffle is one of the best things to come to the game in a long time. They need to make it permanent.

I won 5 games in a row in this mode all because each killer was pretty chill and didn't want to kill me
once i played demo in this mode and i got pain res, deadlock, deadman and pop.... i could not belive that i was playing choas shuffle mode
I really like Chaos shuffle, it made playing both killers and survivors much more fun again! Wish they kept this.

As a survivor main this gamemode was really fun! Didnt love the amount of slugging I went against though , had multiple killers go for 4k slugs not worried about unbreakable.

Chaos shuffle being enjoyed by many has to be a good indicator that people prefer "chaos" over going against the same shite every game. I've said before that I mainly enjoyed DBD back when it was slowly gaining traction, people didn't run the same build every game, and tbh the bugs back then were actually pretty goofy also.

I mostly play killer and I noticed if I played a mid tier killer like Trickster I had to work hard if my perks weren't usable but if I played nurse, Wesker, Chucky I won regardless of my perks. As survivor I had a ton of fun even when I got bad loadouts but getting Nurse, Wesker, Xeno, Chucky, Wesker as my 5 games last night it was rough. 😂

There should be some time during the loading screen where your perks are interactable so you can at least read about them. I have over 3000 hours in the game and I still don't know what every perk does by heart so even when I see them, I'm not sure how to use them.

Crazy, people have fun when the game is designed to be fun instead of sweaty and everyone being angry at each other. Amazing. MMR was the worst thing they ever added to DBD. I really hope they see this mode's success and work towards making a lot more fun additions!

Honestly it's not even mmr. Surviors obviously don't enjoy going against slowdown perks every single damn game and killers obviously don't enjoy survivors using 2nd chance perks and win chase for free perks every single game. Dbd would genuinely be a much better and healthier game without gen slowdown, exhaust perks, and 2nd chance perks.

Most people didn’t enjoy lights out because it was just the same shit but darker and no scratch marks but you could essentially do everything else and have your build where chaos shuffle brought something entertaining and is fun

Wish they would keep this game mode. It brought genuine life and honestly more fairness to new people trying to get into the game because everyone is fumbling and trying to make their perks work for them.

I wish they would keep it, makes sense for both sides cause they make more money and people may buy chapters cause they like a perk they used and DBD makes more money. Plus it gives content creators something new to upload or steam.
