They are just having the greatest time and it is contagious; in this song Paulina looks like the happiest drummer out there, living her best life hitting those drums, so fun to watch!
One thing about Dany's vocals that is really noticeable (especially in live shows), is she rarely ever slurs her words, and her diction is so good that you almost never need to actually see the lyrics to understand what she is singing!😉👍👍
“Holy shit” as accurate a description as there can be with TW. Said it previously, but worth repeating: It is absolutely amazing how awesome these sisters are performing live. Each so different, yet perfect together! Pau’s pure joy and force playing the drums…Ale’s queen of cool mastery of the driving bass lines..and my favorite, Dany as an absolutely epic front woman owning the stage and audience with her perfect rock voice and amazing guitar work!
Daniella has always had a great voice and great annunciation, but over the past year or so, with the help of a vocal coach, she has gained more range, more grit, better breath control. Dominant rock vocals. What is really amazing is that 3 Mexican girls singing in English to an audience of 8000 Mexicans all singing in English. They are that good.
Mostly mexicans, many foreign fans where there too in the Pepsi Center. Their concerts in Guadalajara and Monterrey,(and later other cities in Mexico) got them additional local fans
Their Mexico City shows are a good indicator of their growth. Teatro Metropolitan in 2022 with about 3.5k people Pepsi Center in 2023 with around 8k And two shows at Auditoria Nacional early 2025, 10k people, one already sold out.
Interesting when you put it like that. That's just over 200% each time. Did they play there after Lunario, which was about 500 (if it sold out)? In my area, Toronto, I saw them at 300 in 2022, 600 in 2023 (where Ale sang twice). For next October 2024, they have sold out 950, did a venue change to 1500 and have sold that out, too. Since the next venue on the Live Nation ladder, with 2500 capacity, is booked that night and the next, they may not be able to add capacity. Already well over over 200%. Pretty soon, they'll have to add production like the CDMX shows and raise the ticket prices.
@@rexwave4624 Lunario was in '18, I don't think they had any CDMX shows in 2019, 'least I didn't find any. Then it was pandemic, then Metropolitan. I saw them in Berlin. Once last year at Hole44, which is roughly 400 cap. And then this year at Metropol, around 900. So it does track. Also, while looking up if they played Mexico City in 2019, I just casually read that they will be on the main stage at Pol'and'Rock this year. I knew they were there, but the main stage is fucking nuts. That festival had 280k people on site at once, at it's peak...they thought the 60k at Foro Sol or the UK stadiums with Muse were big....
@@rexwave4624 Oh and also, they recently said in an interview on German radio, that the biggest hurdle is actually the cost for tour buses. It was in reference to potentially getting a touring instrumentalist instead of backing tracks but the same obviously applies for any production (and the crew that goes with that) They can pull it off in Mexico for one-off big time shows, when at least the crew can be based somewhere central (or even at home) and take advantage of cheap air fare. Outside the country, it gets tricky.
1:17 Apparently you find them in Monterrey, Mexico. I just stumbled upon them myself fairly recently (through Lzzy Hale and Halestorm) and yeah, that was pretty much my reaction as well. 1:45 Yeah, I think she’s worked on voice training a lot. It’s one of the few things that I actually worry about with these ladies: if you ever react to “Choke,” you’ll hear Dany push her range to its limits. Pau wanted to change the song to make it easier, but Dany insisted on keeping it as-is, and she has to work to hit the high note belt on that one. 2:02 Something else that I think she works on. If you see their off-stage videos, Pau is still the tiny ball of energy, and Ale is still the tall, cool introvert, but Dany is more friendly and cheerful. Supposedly she used to practice her “angry face” in the mirror and got mocked for it by Pau. The fact that they love this is the key to this band. They’ve been playing together for 11 years, and they work their asses off; as someone else noted here, they had the flu when they played this concert, and just bulldogged their way through it. And in general, their live performances kick the crap out of their studio tracks. If they didn’t love it, they wouldn’t be doing it.
They may be young, but they've been doing this for 10+ years. Everything they do regarding their career choices is executed with laser precision and intent. They've got an amazing family and team to support them, along with the record label that is probably sporting the funds for these big production shows and getting them placed in these huge festivals around the world.
I'm not sure how many people the Pepsi Center holds (I've heard estimates of 8000 to 10,000 ppl). It sold out in one (1) day. One. Day. You go, girls! Love your reactions. Keep up the great work!

There are such, and it's inevitably a matter of the fact that Dany rarely solos and when she does they're not virtuosic. One recording studio made that mistake years ago. Dany's in fact a superb guitarist whose style is to do what is in the best interest of the music rather than to show off her technical chops, and she's a real master at writing great riffs, selecting exactly the right tone, and playing just as well on acoustic guitar as she does on electric. That, of course, does not even include her top tier singing (which nobody much seems to disagree with) and dynamic front work. There are plenty of old videos of them playing covers where she does play technical solos (e. g. Crazy Train), but that's simply not her (or Pau's, or Ale's) style. A few years ago, someone (Elvin, I think it was) posted a video of them opening for Dirty Honey and Mammoth WVH, when very few people outside of the fan base knew who they were. One of the top comments was by someone who described himself as a Malmsteen-style guitarist who was completely blown away. I commented on this issue, as I expected that if anyone wouldn't like them it would be highly technical guitarists, and he and another guitarist of the same style noted that they appreciated her work precisely because it was always perfect for the music and that she didn't try to overplay. They have tremendous wisdom and judgment, particularly for such a young band, and they have had this from the earliest days of writing music.
@@DanielCapilla-i2z Maybe not so much since she upgraded to heavier sticks? 🤔She can hit just as heavy without having to hit just as hard, and has refined her technique a lot as a result.

They are so good live. They really are future legends. Like Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin level legends. We are seeing it in the making. 24/22/19 years old with 10 years of professional experience.
I just saw a video where Dany let us know that the original title for this song was " The Belly of the Beast" but before recording it, they where thinking what other name could've replaced it and thats how they choose " Hell you call a dream " because it makes more sense to all the lyrics.

Great reaction GP42! Ok, so to truly appreciate these incredible ladies you have to grasp how good they were at a ridiculously young age. They were great composers, technical musicians and had stage presence at 15, 13 and 10!!! I know it's hard to believe. IMO, the first truly GREAT original song they ever performed is Unmendable. Was on their debut LP XXI Century Blood released in 2017 but I believe they performed it in late 2015. Here's a great version from a 2018 concert known to all TWA members as the "Lunario" show. *Hell You Call A Dream* from Blabbermouth, Dany notes, " *Hell You Call A Dream* tries to express a feeling most musicians find hard to express. When you're touring, you experience the positives, the negatives, and the whole spectrum of emotion all at once. It's about how something you love so much can be something that also weighs you down, but you continue to do it out of love. It's fulfilling, but it's tiring." in the 3point5 interview on twitch, Pau commented about this upcoming album, _"Keep Me Fed"_ (due out Jun 28, 2024) being the closest they've gotten to the type of music that she would listen to every day... it is their art and their form of expression (TEDx 2017)... for me, the hard, full industrial sound and lyrics of HYCAD are quite expressive of the feelings and emotions one gets at times... considering what HYCAD is talking about, think about when you are involved in a project that you are excited and living for... when being close to completing it, how hectic and chaotic things can get during its assembly... the chaos, apprehension, and anxiety you may feel when many things must absolutely come together... feelings so strong and maybe to the point of overwhelming you where you panic, get lost, feel sick, cannot eat, and need a minute, just one freaking minute, by yourself, to breathe... but you cannot due to the timeline and demands of the mantle you are wearing... a mantle of your own choosing but one that seems to be getting heavier and heavier over time... yeah... Sadly, younger audiences in the USA are more into Pop and Hip-Hop. That's why US audiences look a little "grey"; they are OG rockers who actually saw the greatest of the 70's, 80's, and 90's. There are even a surprising number of surviving fans who actually saw the 60's greats like Cream, Hendrix, and even The Beatles. In Latin America and Europe, the fans tend to be closer to TW's age. Japan dates coming up this week, will see who is in attendance!

Legend has it that some enlightened people considered Dany the "weak link" of the band. Just like that. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Really? If that was the case, then The Warning's weakest link is stronger than most bands' strongest link!
The only weak link here are Paulina's drumsticks!!! 😜
There is no weak link in this band! They all kill it every time! Even when they are sick.
If you want to hear Pau the drummer, sing check out Dust To Dust live from Teatro Metropolitan concert.
Queens of Rock. My favorite song. I feel the emotions of her words.
genial tu frase, "su voz tiene 10 a;os mas que ella"
Is a Great band listen more the warning
Dany is brutaaaaaaaaaaaaal !
“Where do you find these kids?” Seeds of Rock N Roll have been planted for decades throught out the world, i Mexico is seeing some results. Yes Rock is not dead.
BRO, Y AUN TE FALTA POR ESCUCHAR, REACCIONA A CUALQUIER VIDEO EN VIVO EN EL TEATRO METROPOLITAN DE LA CIDAD DE MEXICO, CANCIONES COMO "ANIMOSITY" "DISCIPPLE" "DUST TO DUST (AQUI LA BATERISTA CANTA Y TOCA LA MISMO TIEMPO)" "CHOKE" "MONEY" "ENTER SANDMAN (LA VERSION DE ELLAS)" "23 (TAMBIEN LA BATERISTA CANTA Y TOCA)" ENTRE OTRAS. Great reaction ⚡️⚡️🔥🔥🤘
I think you are ready for "Dust to Dust" Live at Teatro Metropolitan CDMX 08/29/2022
Would love to here your reaction. Welcome to the rabbit hole. It's a great place to be!

They are much bigger in Mexico and Latin America than they are in the U.S. This of course was Mexico. I’m seeing them in Pittsburgh for my 4th time and I’m told the venue is a little over 350 people. The one you just watched was 8000.
😘freaking awesome!!!
🔥🔥🔥
I really like this one!
I see we have a new inductee into The Warning Army...welcome, the rabbit hole is deep and you've fallen in. It's ok, it's a wild trip, enjoy!
Bass is pure evil!
Yeah, they killed it. Love that "Pau cam" showing off her huge smile. Just makes it more fun to watch when you see the artist having fun ad enjoying themselves. Yes, Dany sounds great, but Pau can sing too, check out "Dust to Dust" from the Teatro Metropolitan CDMX 2022 show.
🤘🔥🤘
*Hell You Call A Dream*
from Blabbermouth, Dany notes, " *Hell You Call A Dream* tries to express a feeling most musicians find hard to express. When you're touring, you experience the positives, the negatives, and the whole spectrum of emotion all at once. It's about how something you love so much can be something that also weighs you down, but you continue to do it out of love. It's fulfilling, but it's tiring."
in the 3point5 interview on twitch, Pau commented about this upcoming album, _"Keep Me Fed"_ (due out Jun 28, 2024) being the closest they've gotten to the type of music that she would listen to every day... it is their art and their form of expression (TEDx 2017)...
for me, the hard, full industrial sound and lyrics of HYCAD are quite expressive of the feelings and emotions one gets at times... considering what HYCAD is talking about, think about when you are involved in a project that you are excited and living for... when being close to completing it, how hectic and chaotic things can get during its assembly... the chaos, apprehension, and anxiety you may feel when many things must absolutely come together... feelings so strong and maybe to the point of overwhelming you where you panic, get lost, feel sick, cannot eat, and need a minute, just one freaking minute, by yourself, to breathe... but you cannot due to the timeline and demands of the mantle you are wearing... a mantle of your own choosing but one that seems to be getting heavier and heavier over time... yeah...

"Where do they find these girls?" Well, you might have a look at VoB (Voice of Baceprot). Three Muslim girls from Indonesia who, despite the obvious obstacles, play rock and metal. One of their songs is "God, please let me play music". Not only brave: they're also great musicians.
Dany Face.
Yeah, young and warning the world. To think, most bands at this stage have sold themselves out, started on the drugs, and are partying like dipwads. They work, and work and work. Tell you what, any profession they choose, these girls would outwork about everyone.
ruclips.net/video/A6Y4XpBxjU0/видео.html this is pau the drummer. this song was an internet challenge from her fans and she learned it in a few hours. Huge talent and such a sweetheart. She has the heart of a warrior'
The next legit super group.
Sub for The Warning.
And You`re just barely scratching surface of Their not even released album... Go to Teatro Metropolitan. And btw. "Kids"? Ten, five years ago. Only five years ago They were already killing it.
And the bass player is only 19 years old.
They have mo bad songs just favorites.
🤘🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥
